I needed my windshield on my 2009 Honda CRV replaced. When my Insurance Company recommend Arrow Auto as a "preferred " company I thought I was in good hands.Technician arrived he pulled ALL the trim off from around the window, (apparently last time the windshield was replaced they used clips and glue to secure it) He said he could not replace the window because it was glued. He said I would need order new trim from the Dealership, then he would come back and do the job. Since the trim is strictly cosmetic, I ask if just the window could be replaced and I would deal with this trim. I was told no because the stay behind their work and that wouldn't look right. The next day I got a text from Arrow saying they "couldn't help us and that we need to find another provider" This time I chose Safelight they had no problem gluing the trim back on and did a great job! Very Professional, prompt & friendly. I was happy with the results and gave the Technician a nice tip:)

Called a week in advance to get my windshield replaced. Gave me an online quote that was acceptable. The next day when they called me to confirm they added $100 because they said they need to send 2 techs because the glass is so big. I accepted. Took time off of work for this. The morning of they call to say they forgot to schedule a second tech. I offer my help to lift the glass. They accept. An hour before the appoint they call to cancel because they tech can't get the glass in his truck. I offer to drive to him and we can put it in at his shop. Thats not good enough. I wasted time and lost a whole days work on this. The woman on the phone just suggests i should maybe find a different vendor. Dont waste your time. These people are not professional.

Scheduled service and even confirmed the day before. I was supposed to receive a call between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM the morning of the appointment. Nobody called so I call at 9:00 AM to find out they did not have the glass and could not do the replacement that day. Awful customer service.

He gave me the best price and the best service that I could have imagined. The weather didn't help and an issue with my buddy shop delayed the installation but they were patient and waited and got it done in a timely fashion.

Easy transaction! Called made an appointment to get a vehicle glass replaced. The representatives were extremely helpful and nice. Appt was set, technician came right to my home replaced the glass in less then an hour. Did an outstanding Job!!!

The replacement of my windshield was smooth and efficient. No issues thereafter. Only complaint is the serviceman's van had no indication of Arrow on it so I wasn't sure who the repairman was. Jenna Kurtz, Long Island sales rep, was amazing!!

They called at the time they said they would the work was done professionally the gentleman that did the service was more than polite told me everything I needed to know about what he was doing and instructions on what to do when he was finished took less than an hour to do the total job if I ever need you again I will definitely call you very happy with your service and will tell other people along with my friends about your great serviceService: Windscreen replacement

I used this company to replace a windshield because they have a good warranty. The rubber gasket they installed did not entirely cover where the old rubber gasket was, and we developed a crack along the defrost lines. The company says the warranty does not apply, but I think if they had installed replacement rubber where the factory rubber gasket was, I would not have developed a spreading crack in that spot.

Arrow Auto Glass got smashed in, these guys took care of me in just a few hours. Arrow Auto Glass off in the morning, picked. Super laid back, super professional. Would highly recommend.

The Arrow technician arrived at my house, this morning after calling me 2x to confirm & then reconfirm my appointment. The installer, Morgan was polite and extremely professional. I watched the entire installation process, from beginning to end. This guy was a total pro; he knew exactly what he was doing. He installed my new OEM windshield, and reiterated the importance of going to an Acura Dealer immediately to recalibrate the Lane Change warning system lights, and the Rain Sensor., Overall, a very pleasant & professional experience. I would definitely hire Arrow again!

Arrow Auto Glass made our company wait a WEEK for an install appointment, then cancelled on the day claiming repair person is in another state. It is called a Calendar, Arrow Auto Glass should use one. Do not waste your time with this company.
