On May 23rd 2024, I came into the Lodi location to buy some new wiper blades for my new Jeep…I KINDA knew how to put them on my old Jeep…not so much on the new one…. but Daquan came to the rescue! Rang me up, and offered to assist to put the new blades on, and he even realized that I had bought the wrong rear wiper and grabbed and installed the right one…all that in under 5 minutes!
THIS is what true Customer Service should look like; this gentleman should be recognized for a job well done!

My experience with the Lodi Autozone was a phenomenal one. These guys are extremely knowledgeable on their products and services which made it very easy for my car issue to be resolved. I was on vacation from Florida and traveled via Car to NJ to visit family. I thought my battery was going bad and turns out it was the alternator. I had no idea I traveled using just the battery. The store manager Jerell & his team greeted immediately as I walk through the door. Offered assistance right away & resolved my issue in a timely & professional manner. Jerell and his team made my day easy and bright. I’ve been to other autozone’s in my home area and have never experienced this awesome customer service. HUGE THANKS to the store manager Jerell and his team for their support & extending the knowledge and services. Great store, great staff & exceptional management team. Every star well deserved & I personally would recommend this location to all my family & friends. I appreciate EVERYTHING that was presented as soon as I walked through the doors. Jerell & team: please keep up the great work & wish there were more people out there in the world like you. Thank you!

This store needs to train their managers and new hires better and educate them on customer service. This morning, I had a problem with a battery that I bought two months ago from this location, and I wanted to swap it since it was under warranty. At that moment, the store was dead, and he said that I had to bring the battery inside on my own. He landed some tools, so I did after nearly an hour struggling to get it out. All of this for them to pull a small suit case type of gadget that reads tests whether the battery is goog or not. I lost nearly three hours to get my battery in/out when it could have been done in a matter of minutes. If Google allows it, I would give this store a negative 10 stars. Worse experience, if I can avoid bringing my business or any other business to this store from now on; believe that I will. -10☆!!!!

I was there to change headlight the people there are very nice they tell me somebody will help me do it but I have to wait 20 min for him to come back so I decided to wait after half hour he says he can't help me today so I asked them to buy the bulb and I will have someone do it for me so they checked in their system and they don't sell it. Wasted an hour of my day.

Mike K. Is by far the friendliest, helpful and most profession employee I’ve came across at any AutoZone. I needed to replace my battery immediately and when I showed up to replace it with my own tools, I was missing a couple tools to finish the job and he let me borrow any extra tools I needed and even gave me a hand putting the battery in place! 10/10 customer service and experience

Jerell the store manager was in Newark NJ Autozone on Springfield Ave. I observed he worked for Autozone. He assisted me with pouring my Antifreeze in my vehicle. My coolant went off. And my truck is running great. He is an outstanding representative for the company! He deserve some type of incentive.

Stopped at Auto Zone Lodi, NJ and Store Manager Jerell Edmonds assisted with my Blowed Headlight by looking up the product type and installing the light. Now I can drive to Florida with lights
