Not sure why this location gets so much hate. I went here for some work (this is not the branch I go to usually) and the lady and gentleman behind the counters were super efficient and helpful. There is usually a big line but it is not the fault of the branch or the people working there. The tellers were trying best to get help the people in a fast manner. The lady and the gentleman - Julian (I hope I got the name right) are very helpful and help you if you are eligible for any products that save you a few $

I went to talk to a service rep. one woman came out of the first cubicle, the closest to the door "the appointments are taken, it will take 2 or 3 days for someone to see you, if you want to seat down it could be 3 or more hours waiting..." She should be fired, the customer service at this location sucks!!!!! THE WORST!!!

This bank tends to be busy and they always only have two tellers. The lines get ridiculous. I dread coming in here but am left with no choice because of ATM withdrawal limits. The location is clean and a decent size. The drive through ATM is placed in a terrible spot because the way it's positioned you struggle to grab the money and put numbers in. I rather get out of my car. I thought it was because I'm short but I always see people ahead of me having the same issues. The location is super convenient I just wish that it was more efficient with additional tellers during busy hours. Sometimes people have complicated situations which delay the lines.

I’ve seen branches with 1 teller move faster than this one does with 3. Slower than molasses here. Avoid at all costs always line out the door. No sense of urgency and management doesn’t even help speed up the tellers.

I have always had bad experience at Lodi Branch so I have been trying to go to other branches to avoid it. On 4/5/21 after a very long time I decided to go hoping I will have a better experience there. I had a prepaid BOA card which I wanted to transfer cash to my regular account. I provided the card, DL and my regular debit account which I swiped to access my account. On my DL I have my old address, but updated in the system and at my Bank of America account. The cashier stated she must use the account on the driver license ( old) to transact of which she copied on her documents for bank reference. And she said she cannot write a different address other that what is printed on the DL, I told her that is my old address but she wasn’t listening to my explanation ( Very unprofessional). Remember she had my account open on her screen and my current address displayed on her face. Who doesn’t know when you move and update the address online it doesn’t magically appear on your DL. It was a very disappointing experience.

It's the worst to bank at. Long lines, bad customer service. No body to talk to. I thought I was in another country ?. To be honest, I believe they should close this bank.

TERRIBLE!!!! My dad went in yesterday to get a letter notarized. He has an expired non drivers license a year before the pandemic started. It was hard for him to begin to gather his info at his elderly age. Once he had everything set in early 2020 the pandemic set in making extremely difficult to get his ID updated. Since then the BOA has never bothered with this situation. However when he went in yesterday it became such a huge deal for the notary public to do this simple task. Mind you she stressed to us the “huge favor she was doing to him”—- which is condescending and we already knew she was doing us a favor. Well, she took it personal when I brought it to her attention. She got up and sent her manager to tell us that she was refusing to notarize the document. When I contacted corporate: it does not state no where that they cannot accept an expired ID. Also in the case that they do not know you, they can refuse but in this case they know my parents extremely well. This employee should be reprimanded or fired for taking this situation personal and unprofessional. I am not the customer my parents are. She didn’t bother me she hurt an innocent client who is 83 and she had no respect to continue to berate him how grateful he should be because of her favor. The manager was not helpful at all. All she did was cover her employees actions. Stating that she could not force her to do anything. I believe both should work elsewhere and not in customer service nevertheless working with money. I will give an update as soon as I am contacted by a higher rep in this company.
