My brother & I went here to find out what deals they had on phones, because he lost his... he's currently a Boost Mobile Member. We stood in the middle of this tiny place for more than 30 min... they have no chairs... and although they obviously know this... they were busy engaging in LONG conversations with customers while we just stood there. They already secured their sales, so there was no reason to hold these lengthy conversations... while customers are standing for long periods waiting. While we were waiting... the one guy did come over to us, got a little info & told us to give him a minute. So we thought he was coming back to us... but no... he decided to take another customer who came in after us. We continue to stand there browsing at the minimal accessories they have & the guy behind the other counter asked us what we needed, as we were speaking to him, who seemed to be the owner (1st guy), said something to him in their language & the guy began to just ignores us, as if he weren't just talking to us. I guess the 1st guy wanted the possible sale...smh. We stood there again waiting to be assisted, while the 1st guy yet again is doing way too much talking to the guy that came in AFTER us. There was just too much overkill going on at this location for me. So, I told my brother, I'm sorry... I can't continue standing here all this time... that we were leaving & that's what we did... I'll just add him to my family plan... where he can get a much better phone & service, actually.

The guy gets the job done but they charge u 10 bucks just to walk in and breathe! And they only take cash in the store.
