I do not recommend it. It is the worst car dealer I have ever bought. Look carefully at the reviews before you get there now I have a headache on top of me. Read well so that you don't regret it later like I do.

I've been waiting a long time to make this review! WORST experience ever! I bought a volkswagen tiguan around March of last year. After 2 weeks engine light comes on and turbo is shot. We had a warrantee on thr car but since it wasn't 30 days or 1000 miles since we bought the car, we couldn't go through the warranty (?? Makes no sense) so they said "we will take care of it". We come to find out instead of going to a proper mechanic, they brought it to the oil change station across the street so the guy can work on it. He wasn't licensed or certified to work on turbos or engines, let alone on volkswagen. Got the car back after they wanted to charge us 600 dollars for the repairs. Engine light turned back on after 1 day!!!!!! Told them we wanted to trade it for another car. We weren't going to finance a lemon. The tiguan stayed at their shop for about 2 or 3 months. Finally, they let us trade it in for another car. Toyota rav4. Car is good and clean. Problem now is that we paid the car off wirh cash. 15000 total after trade in an 5000 cash. No title. We had to "wait for the title to come in". They gave us temporary plates and we drove off. 2 months passed and 1 month of an expired plate. J ( the worst manager I've ever dealt with) kept saying no title yet, but knew we were driving with an expired plate and had the nerve to tell me "don't worry, the cops won't bother you!" I got pulled over and had to pay a 60 dollar ticket (which I was still never reimbursed for) and was threated by the police that if I get caught driving without a plate again, that my car would be towed and impounded. 4 more months pass and I'm driving without a temp tag or plate. J kept dodging.my calls and texts, kept lying to me over and over about giving me a dealer plate until the title comes and so on. STEREOTYPICAL USED CAR DEALER SHIP! Finally, about a week ago I had to go to the dealership that sold this dealership the car so that I can get a new reassignment to go get my registration. Took 7 months total to get my title and plates. J is an absolute scumbag and worst manager in the existence of car dealerships. Stay the hell away from this man! He answers nobody's phone calls! But during one of our meetings when we were first buying the car, he would interrupt us to take a phone call to talk to his friend about letting him borrow some type of sports car and talk about how cool and awesome it is, I guess to show off in front of us? Very unprofessional. I honestly thought he was trying to scam us this whole time. To this day I still haven't heard from him. I wish I could give negative stars.

It took Cars Digital from last August until yesterday to get us the title for the car we bought from them. I called them dozens of times and always got a “story.” Today the car’s engine blew!!!! DON’T BUY A CAR FROM CARS DIGITAL. They are incompetent and untrustworthy. We feel cheated!!!!

Visited this place 4th of July 2023. Looked at a car that was of course in typical fashion of what they produce a problematic waste of an investment. And yes the part about fees that are talked about in other reviews are true, they are made out of thin air. That's not the worst part. I was told that a deposit of 500 was needed to get deals in progress for the car, yeah sounds foolish even as I type it and I gave the deposit. With my credit being pretty challenged it was a no brainer that I wasn't getting any lender to take a risk on me and I'm sure they knew that from the jump. Long story short I never got the deposit back even after calling every other week for two months with them saying they sent the check and yet it never came and hasn't come because it was never sent. They are criminals. I filed a case with the court in their county. We need to petition a shut down of this place. Get this also, they initially asked for 3000, gladly I wasn't that dim witted to go along with it or I would be in a greater grievance. An honest mistake that I made where I forced myself to believe in the better nature of humans. I'm not from around Lodi NJ I live in VA. So I'm not sure if it's just how things are done there. But This is only the beginning of what needs to happen. And it will happen.Thanks and stay safe everyone. ??

I bought a bmw from them, not the worse car nor experience with nick, other than that horrible, i was told i couldn’t get the car i wanted without a extra 2 thousand, but when i look at my contract the 2,000 that they said i needed? Doesn’t even show up, they took so long to get the hard copy plates that i pressured them into giving me a new temporary plate, and what happens? They give me a fake temporary plate which ended me up IN THE NYPD PRECINCT, where they took my car for over a month then dismissed the case cause they couldn’t find any “evidence” of me using a fraudulent plate. Somewhat good cars but only dead with nick.

The truth is, I can't believe it, I still bought a 2017 Nissan car supposedly for $13,100, I left him $6,000 down and it turns out I have a debt with the bank of $15,000 with interest, it costs me more than $24,000 and I don't understand why. I will pass with the 6 thousand dollars that I gave up front, if the bank is financing me 100%, I am really disappointed. I hope to soon fix this problem with my lawyer.
