There was no line 3 clerks & a manager…so that’s 4 workers and they allowed the other worker to explain to me for 45 min that they can’t help.The manager said she was busy “training” but she was really eating & sitting.Finally a guy banker who was cool, helped out even though he too had to ask for more assistance. I wish I got their names because the other girl helped a lot as it was a business account. But I’ve never seen such lazy, unprofessional workers in quite some time.Go to another bank & don’t waste your time & energy.

Why are all the drive through closed. I have 3 kids in the car one is sleeping and I don’t have my atm card and can’t do anything. This is the second bank I went to and drove through is closed. This is insane.

Terrible ATM machines at all chase banks. Especially this one. Always broke and their machines in general are slow as hell. Parking sucks here too. It’s a hell hole

Both ATMs are consistently broken for months at a time. When reporting to the staff they say, "hmmm I think I've heard some other customers say that...." When asking anyone for anything other than a withdrawal/deposit, they will interrupt before you even get the words out of your mouth to say you need to go elsewhere for a financial advisor, even if it's a product where you do not need one. When you cannot get your own money out of the ATM, what could a bank like that possibly do right?

If it is a zero would be zero stars, worse customer service, slow and ineffective, ridiculous wait time. Whoever is in charge of managing this branch obviously doesn't know what is doing.

AS OF 09/01/2020 ISSUES STILL OCCURRING - BE CAREFUL 6-9 PM!Chase bank is excellent. I have many types of accounts with them. I must let you know about a big issue at this branch. After 6 PM, especially weekends, many cars, trucks, and motorcycles hang out.The interaction while at the ATM, can range from, you have to watch your back to uncomfortable situations. Previously, I witnessed mask shaming, catcalling, and fat-shaming, directly or indirectly. Sometimes they're just hanging out. Once I saw one guy mask shame a previous customer as I was pulling in. I got out of my car body flexed out, the one guy yelled, "hey" at me. I gave him a look and he replied, "sorry, I thought you were someone else." He understood that I wasn't going to be easy pray and that he might of been hurt if he proceeded.Photos range show from the ATM area to the back of that lot and onto the Dunkin side. On 8/16, there were about ten cars. I previously altered the Hackensack Police. I waited around for an hour and left since they didn't show up. The branch is aware of "activity"; however, the "activity" is still occurring. I informed Lodi Police and suggested to monitor the area from 6 - 9 PM yet, they don't seem to care either.If you need to make a deposit/withdrawal after 6 PM, find a different location. After everyone has been notified, nothing is being done to address the situation. You can see in the photos, people eating in front of the bank doors. Earlier in the week, I could smell pot smoking, as I made my deposit, seriously? Last weekend, guys on motorcycles in front of the branch laid out and relaxing like if on a sofa. It's all absurd!ATM users shouldn't be experiencing this situation when depositing/withdrawing funds.Need me to take down the photos, FIX THIS ISSUE and post that it's been RESOLVED. I'll remove the post and pictures after the situation has been cleaned up! Shame on the Lodi PD and others who know of the issue and not addressing the issue! As I live a few blocks from this branch and I care about my community, THIS MATTERS!

Worse customer service. Line of four to six stayed there for the half hour I waited. There were two tellers not concerned at all with the line. While the other two seemed put out with having to actually help the line. The two that were doing something else...did not, would not open another window. Since Chase closed many of their in person locations.. why wouldn't they make sure the ones that are open might actually be concerned with their customers time standing an endless line. Disappointing.

We tried to open an account with “Alex” this person was late we had a 9:00 Am appointment, not able to give options, bad presentation and very inpatient. Not interested in getting clients and treated us like we where begging for help or money. We ended up going somewhere else for business.

Lazy banker (male, on Saturday). Never have I seen a banker have the customer opening a new bank account stand in line to deposit initial deposit with teller. Banker usually handles the deposit. The teller was more helpful. The stars are for the teller.
