Update: Posting this again. I was told to reach out to the office, to see if this matter could be remedied. Here is something I want to amplify, I reached out initially to ask for a solution yo this facility and to no avail, hence my two reviews yesterday. So should Extra Space make this right, I will keep you posted! Needless to say, their response to me is not public but has been sent privately.
I have two units and literally moved in on April 2025 by July both units were increased by approximately $30 and $40 respectively. I was travelling out of the country and notified Tatiana that payment on one of the units would be late, she alerted me that I would be assessed a late fee, no worries, I get to my unit and they affixed a double lock on my unit without alerting me. It has not been one year and yet again, my unit is being raised by $75. I called to get some understanding and although it has been under one year, the explanation is they can raise your fees anytime they desire. Unacceptable, they are ripodoffs, do not rent from this location. RIPOFF and RUDE!!

Where should I begin? This location is hands down the worst of the worst. We had a horrible experience. The people there are useless and incompetent. Although I was upset my husband did say what should we have expected from the people that work at that company are uneducated. We did move out of that location - problem solved. Will never do business again with this location

We used extra space storage for many years. We always timely paid them. Than suddenly they increased our rate by 5 times our current monthly. A 500% increase is insane. Is that even legal? When we spoke with them about that, they were contentious and condescending. Talk about bad customer service. We decided to move out and use another storage company. The new company we went to were courteous and very helpful. They even gave us an amazing deal. In our discussions with our new storage company, it came up that a lot of their new customers were coming from extra space storage from this location. I would give this location negative stars but the lowest review you can give is 1 star.
