Every time I pick up a prescription the service here is horrible. No, hi how are you. No have a nice day. Prescriptions promised to be there at a certain time are put back on the shelf for other customers. No smiles, just attitudes and energy reading they all hate their jobs. This is a customer service job, you must be kind. The customer in front of me waiting to be given her receipt by the man that helped us both, and he yells from across the way if you want the receipt just take it.... unprofessional and definitely at my wits end with the attitude here.

Horrible pharmacy, the pharmacists always come off nasty. Always gives me problems when it’s time to put up my meds. I always have to wait a day or two because they don’t want to fill my prescriptions. They never listen to my concerns

CVS Pharmacy discriminates against people who don't speak English. I witnessed how one of the employees spoke to a man who could neither speak nor write English.
The poor man couldn't enter his first and last name into the new computers that CVS has installed for picking up prescriptions—new technology that makes it very difficult for older people to enter their name, last name, and date of birth. I witnessed how that employee spoke to the elderly man with contempt and a disrespectful attitude. He didn't speak English and didn't know how to use the computer to pick up his medication, and she even told her coworker not to help him, saying he had to enter his name and last name himself. That's a clear case of discrimination.
I don't want to talk to any of you; I just want you to change your attitude towards people and finally stop discriminating against the people who support your business.

This has to be the worst managed pharmacy I've ever encountered. They never have the medications in stock, always ordering and pick up in a few days. They don't follow through on authorizations, EVEN AFTER, you've done all the leg work, called the insurance, called the doctor, to get authorizations. They have a stack of taxes they look through 8 inches high and can't find the authorizations. The lines are back through the store with always only one register opened. It's a disgrace. My mom was given the WRONG medication which they substituted without authorization. She didn't realize this until she got home. She called her insurance company and they sent a letter and informed CVS she was due a refund on the incorrect medicine she paid for. The insurance company has to talk to them twice as they denied her the refund. Then finally the only gave her a store credit, not a refund for their mistake. Avoid at all costs!;

Use the pharmacy semi-regularly. Always efficient, friendly, and never had an issue. Worth driving next town over for.

I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at this CVS location when trying to drop off UPS packages. Despite the service being advertised and the weight of my packages falling well below the allowed limit, I’ve been consistently turned away without a clear or consistent explanation. There’s no posted policy, and the reasoning seems to change with every visit.
What makes it worse is the customer service, it's been consistently unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of trying to assist or clarify, the staff seem more interested in shutting the interaction down. I’ve never had these issues at any other CVS location, which makes it even more frustrating that this store treats the same process so differently.
This used to be a place I relied on for convenience, but unfortunately, I now avoid it altogether when it comes to services. It’s disappointing to see a national chain offer a service so inconsistently, especially when the in-store experience leaves so much to be desired.

Staff at front store and pharmacy is great and sweet. Every one of them have been kind and patient towards me. It is the patients/customers that are a pain as their sense of time is distorted by their greater, more useless sense of entitlement. They ask questions when we have the internet to confide in on basic questions especially towards pharmacy staff. You have a phone, use it. Call your doctor and insurance instead.
I greatly dislike corporate CVS with their slow systems, but the employees are kind.

I want to write this review in thanks to Jonathan for helping me print my photos and saving my purchase. I’ve been mourning the loss of my dog, and went to print his pictures.
I bought some over the counter medications but completely forgot about them. I’m obviously an emotional mess. Two days later, I realized my mistake and called back. Another employee, whose name I regret not getting, kindly went to check if my medications had been saved. I really appreciate both of you for your kindness. They weren’t rude but helpful and patient. 💛

This pharmacy is awful! The worst CVS out in NJ!! This is the second time I get an antibiotic that looks like that! The first time, it was even worse and the manager told me that she’s under staffed and that’s the reason why she forgot to put the liquid to the powder. I was very upset and told her that it’s unacceptable, she replied “relax”. When my husband had to go back, she didn’t even apologize but told my husband, you gotta tell your wife to relax. He was mind blown, so was I! Definitely changing pharmacies.
I don’t remember the managers name but she was definitely Russian.

By far the WORST pharmacy and pharmacist ever! They gave my mother the wrong meds and then refused to refund her when it wasn’t even diabetes medications. I will be reporting the pharmacist SETI to the board. Shut this place down. Do not come here!

The staff was very helpful and although the pharmacy was busy my prescription was ready. Store was clean and staff looked extremely clean and acted professionally.
