Who is the Regional Manager responsible for this Store?. My husband has hypertension, Epilepsy, is also physically, and mentally disabled, we just moved to Lodi , and he's locked in with his MedicadeIt's been 30 days.. he's past due for all medicine, first they said she wasen't due which was a lie, then they said we just received a shipment would be ready, then there is a delay and has to wait 3 days for medicine that she's been on for over 15 years, if ur taking a new client on and making money of the insurance, and know that there on 8 different types of medicine don't you think that they should do inventory, and make sure all patients meds are in stock before hand, very negligent, un professional, they need to clean house , and get the proper people that know what there doing!!!

Took the family to get their annual vaccines, and I am grateful for how the pharmacist and staff went above and beyond for my 5 year old who was crying and overwhelmed with getting a shot. They were very present for him, soothed him, and son was able to get his shot eventually. The staff were professional and quite patient with us. I am grateful. As we were leaving, we bought something in the store and the cashier was super nice. Thank you again for making the experience for my kiddo a good one.

If I could give zero stars I would. This location has the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. On multiple occasions I have requested refills waited multiple days to pick up only to arrive and be told that they were out of stock. Never received a phone call, email or text message to advise that it is out of stock. Last week they randomly decided not to fill a prescription that I needed for after surgery because my insurance wouldn't cover it, never told me that they even had this prescription and caused me to suffer after surgery. I have now decided to go elsewhere because of the numerous issues with this location. I wouldn't get my goldfish a prescription from CVS!

Never seen a pharmacy/store phone lines NOT working for physicians/customers for over 5 hrs and the store is not aware gave them a chance and unfortunately will switch back to old pharmacy This is unacceptable!!

Best cvs location. Staffs are always so sweet and friendly and ready to help. I always feel welcomed. I was greeted at the door with a friendly smile and a "hello". That's all it takes, just to be recognized as a valued customer. If I need help finding something, an employee is always ready to help and they don't just point to the direction. They walk you over. Staffs working in the cvs in hasbrouck heights/ wood ridge should come on over to Lodi to be trained properly on excellent quality customer service.

this CVS scammed me for years. the whole time, they never had my card on file, they were entering the BIN number incorrectly. i have been paying out of pocket for all prescriptions. their story was that the liquid form of my medication wasn’t covered. just today, i went to a different CVS and the lady told me the truth that they do cover my medicine, the workers just didn’t enter the BIN number correctly. DO NOT GO HERE.

I go there 10minutes early before to take my Covid vaccine. I do the check in from my phone. They said sit down and we will call you when it’s ready. 30 min later the pharmacist calls me just to say they don’t have any first doses (I chose Pfizer before scheduling my appointment). What a waste of my time.

Went to get my flu shot, and they told me my insurance will not cover CVS pharmacy... While he was calling them, I called as well, and they stated it was covered. HOW INSANE. Gave him the updated information and he still told me it wasn’t covered.. -_-…. I have gone to a CVS before, not this one, and my insurance was processed with no issues..

This CVS is poorly run, no doubt. The pharmacy is very difficult to work with. I have realized why. The pharmacist is excellent. She is very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Here is why this location is so bad. The help SUCKS. CVS gets a good pharmacist and surrounds her/him with complete idiots. Some can't spell or talk any English. You have to right your name and DOB on a piece of paper do she can look up your info. That's so sad. Surrounding a star with shit is pathetic Give the pharmacists a great supporting cast and watch your store traffic/revenues skyrocket. It's not fair to her.I had 4 scripts to pickup tonight last minute ordered from my doctor. Like I said last time the Pharmacist is a sweetheart and very accommodating. She has everything ready in 20 minutes. The girl at the drive up with was very helpful and pleasant unlike several other I have encountered at this location. It looks like they are really trying to get better help. Good job guys/gals.

I went in morning time for print out some stuff and Alfred was working he was super kind helpful. ( and another young lady i don’t remember her name now so sorry)I just want to say thank you again we need more human being like that every where.

This place is scary bad. I been told your prescription is being put together as we speak. I go there and I’m told they don’t have it and they are out. Also I lost my Covid card and the CDC says go back to the original location you received your vaccine and they will give you a new card. The manager here refused to give me a new card so I had to go to Walgreens and get the first shot all over again then the second. 3 vaccine shots because this place is incompetent. NOBODY EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE. ITS SO DISRESPECTFUL. IM SWITCHING TO Walgreens or Riteaid.

They have made it impossible to reach the pharmacy by phone to refill prescriptions which is pretty frustrating. You are supposed to help people not make it more difficult for people.
