H&R Block at Lodi, NJ location: the professionals there are very knowledgeable and organized. You will know your status once you follow the preparation process for your tax returns. They can give you options for most situations and suggestions for the current return and the return next year. They are professionals and also know the anxieties that clients have in looking at the tax returns and having to make tax payments due. Good people!

Almost lost out on 2,500 dollars in state taxes. Being in the Military you normally don’t need to pay state taxes or are refunded what you put in. They informed me I was only get 1k out of the 3,743 that was withheld and mentioned that it was changed after 17 years. Glad I didn’t go through with it cause I ended up going to where I normally do my taxes and I was squared away.
I would not recommend this H&R Block for the simple reason of not verifying. They just simply told me this is the new change and that’s it. when in reality they just didn’t know what they were doing.

After having a problem doing my taxes on the H&R website by myself, I went into the office, where they did them for me and got a refund for the money I paid online. Very Friendly people and were very helpful.

Just had my appointment to see what expenses I can deduct and prepare for the tax season. Regina was amazing and will definitely be choosing her again! She answered all my questions and concerns, very professional, and personal too. Thank you so much Regina.The only recommendation I have is to call the physical location to set an appointment. I scheduled an appointment online, but the times did not align with the opening hours. I had a few phone numbers contact me saying I could come, but others saying I had to reschedule so there was a little confusion with that.

Do NOT use Laurie Plancher from this location. Super unprofessional, doesn’t return ANY calls or emails as promised. And when she “accidentally” picks up your phone call, she says she is sitting with clients and will call you back…of course she never does.Zero professionalism.
