“I usually don’t write negative reviews, but I feel it’s important for the owner to be aware of what is happening.

I returned to this laundromat almost a year ago because I previously had positive experiences here. Most of the staff are very pleasant and professional. Keiry is always welcoming, even when busy, and responds to concerns promptly. The two women who wash and fold clothes, as well as the young man who cleans in the early morning, are also kind and respectful.

Unfortunately, there is one employee (the woman who does the cleaning) whose behavior has consistently been rude and unprofessional specifically toward me. She enforces rules with me that I do not see her apply to other customers. I consider myself a respectful customer and value everyone’s work, but there is a professional way to communicate with clients.

On multiple occasions, she has spoken to me in a rude tone while not addressing other customers the same way. For example, she told me to keep the bathroom closed, but I have not seen her say the same to other customers after they used it. She has also moved my belongings abruptly while mopping, all communicated in an unfriendly manner. I have observed that she does not speak to other customers this way.

Additionally, I have noticed instances where dryers were occupied for extended periods and she stated they were hers. The dryers were not related to business orders, as they were missing the service tags , yet they were not cleared promptly while customers were waiting. I respect business rules, but consistency and fairness should apply to everyone, including staff. She tells customers to clear machines promptly but does not apply that rule to herself. For example, a day when my washer stopped its cycle, she quickly told me to remove my clothes, yet she does not follow the same standard.

I hope management addresses this concern.”

“The best cleaner! The place is very clean and super friendly! I especially am very happy with the tailor service. She hems the pants perfectly. Also, I bought a dress and I didnt like that the bow was hanging in the front, which was also too long, and she put a magic on it and made the dress looking perfect! She is sooo good with tailoring and you will be very satisfied! I always had a good experience and loved the outcome.”

“Very sweet lady! She is super quick and efficient! Pricing is amazing and extremely fair. I mainly came here to get my dresses hemmed but my family also comes here to get other clothes hemmed/altered. I feel so bad that every time I’ve come, that I need my dresses hemmed within two days. However, she does them no problem!”
