I talked with Ryan the store manager at 123 Route 46 W Lodi, NJ 07644. He not only was helpful efficient and quick with helping me set up the storage he also made sure that I was finding the best rate for my needs in the area. In fact his efforts have been so commendable and he has showed himself to be such an exemplary liaison for the company I believe he is invaluable and should be rewarded with a higher comparative compensation to reflect the great costumer service he brings to the team.

Ryan was great at explaining pricing and helped me to save money on my storage unit by advising me to grab a smaller unit that would better fit my needs.

It's a clean space that's actually easy to navigate. I had a few questions and the staff was so friendly in answering my questions. The unit size was perfect for my needs & spotless upon entering.

I have taken 2 units at this facility and have been pleased for the most part. The facility is usually very clean and well lit. The business hours are very reasonable. The office staff is helpful. Parking is adequate. Not much more I can tell you.

Lovely storage facility. Clean and well kept. I was helped by a professional, personable, lovely woman, Irene. She throughly explained where to go and how to best access my unit. There was a also a gentleman who made sure I found my unit and was happy with it. A+ would recommend.

I’ve been using this location for few months now and I recently needed to upgrade the size of my storage room and Irene was SO HELPFUL AND PATIENT she answered all of my questions and was so kind and thorough with her explanation, which made my upgrade smooth and fast!
