I'm currently shopping for a car, which brought back memories of this place. I will NEVER use this dealership after the way their service department treated me last year. I'd been a longtime customer, coming back for multiple maintenance and repair jobs. My infotainment system went into a boot loop and was covered under my extended warranty, so I brought the car in and was told they'd file a claim, after which they would order the parts and give me an ETA on the repair. "They would keep me updated", they said. Meanwhile, I had no backup camera, no music, and none of the other infotainment system functions.Weeks passed and I heard nothing, so I called the service advisor, Kelly. After not receiving a basic callback for days, I visited in person and she was tremendously rude and snotty with me, giving me a completely ridiculous attitude. At this point I'd been waiting for over a month without even a basic status update for a promised repair. I then spoke with her supervisor, Jeff, who blatantly lied to me and told me they were "working with Mazda" to lower my out-of-pocket and try to get the part covered. What they didn't know is that I'd already called Mazda Extended Confidence, my warranty program, who told me the dealership never contacted them at all, and that the claim and part order could be placed immediately if they had. The part was fully covered - no questions, and no "negotiation" needed. When Jeff called me back to update me on status days later, I told him I knew he lied. I then contacted Mazda Extended Confidence who confirmed the dealership had only contacted them that day.I thought of alternatives: maybe they thought I was covered under the manufacturer's warranty and just had contacted the wrong people at Mazda, etc.... but the neglect and especially attitude from Kelly was inexcusable, not to mention the fact that they did know who to contact, because the magical "negotiations" Jeff was working on somehow "had worked out" that day - even though they'd only contacted the warranty company that day and the part was covered without question.I used another dealership for my repair - a repair that was then delayed due to a backorder. I ended up waiting from June 2022 until February 2023 for my repair - in part because this dealership's service department committed to fixing my car, didn't take action, and lied to me, which wasted over 2 months of my time while I drove around with an important safety function (the backup camera) inoperable.This was such a completely unacceptable service experience, and the fact that rude treatment was basically condoned by the supervisor while he then lied to me about status was ridiculous. Customers buy your cars and spend money on maintenance and repairs - they should be treated with respect (or, at least, basic human decency). I'm buying another Mazda within a month or two - but will never spend another penny at this dealership for a car, repairs, or anything else.

I had wonderful experience with Michael. He’s good at building relationship with customers and willing to do whatever he can to help you. The whole team is very warm and you feel yourself very welcomed. I highly recommend the dealer. Go for it!

Bought my Mazda CX50 for it's first oil change to Mazda of Lodi and the transmission bucking TSB. Decided to wait in the lounge area, thinking how long should an oil change take plus a software update....Waited about two hours and noticed my car was moved out to the front, waited an additional thirty minutes from that and walked up to the service area and inquired about my car. Was told that my advisor Jim was finishing the paperwork and will call me when ready. Waited another 45 minutes and still didn't get called. Walked up again and talked to a lady and was told again that the paperwork wasn't done, I asked her if there is any way she can do it as I have another appointment. She did and I was on my way about 3.5 hours after I walked in....for an oil change, since according to the technician, my car was not eligible for the TSB....BTW, my transmission bucked again as I was leaving dealer's parking lot....As if all that wasn't bad enough, I checked my oil level the next morning and it was past the MAX mark. Overfilling your oil can damage your engine, this is textbook Automobile Tech 101, I expected this kind of experience from Jiffy Lube, not a dealer. Went to Harbor Freight to purchase an oil extractor to remove the excess oil, pulled almost a quart of the excess oil from my engine. I could've done a better job myself with less mistakes. Wasted time, money and my weekend fixing Mazda of Lodi's mistake.

I had the pleasure of working with the Sales Manager, Dre. Dre, was so easy to work with. He was very straightforward, absolutely NO pressure! I walked in with a specific budget & Dre, showed me every option in my budget. I highly recommend going to see him!Absolutely the best dealership in town!

Couldn’t be any happier walking out of Mazda of Lodi with my new CX9. Matt who was my salesman made my experience amazing and an easy process. Matt was very knowledgeable and provided me excellent details about my new car and was very honest. Definitely didn’t feel scammed like other dealerships. 5 star dealership!

Great dealership if you're interested in a Mazda. They'll give a good deal on quality vehicle and have excellent customer service. Definitely worth a trip in your search to buy or lease. So far we've leased twice here.

Takes 1 and half hour to change a tire while also charging premium price for it. If you want to spend half a day here then its probably a great spot.I would’ve have been so much happier going somewhere else if they just let me know that it would take them that long.
