I wish I could give half of a star, this place is clean. That’s it, customer service/ front desk is terrible, they , they do not want anyone to enter the building they require you to call while in the parking lot. That would be fine only they take 30 mins to answer the phone. Finally when they do answer the phone, they tell you there is a two hour wait. Meanwhile the company claims that they are a walk in clinic, and Guarantee to get you in and out within one hour. Lies.

Ladies at the front are very unproffesional. They make you an appointment and forget to actually put your appointment down in the system! Stay away from this place! Trust me!

Really annoyed with this place. I am sick with a cold. Called yesterday to get tested for covid. I was told to come in before 3:15 because they were going to be at a pause. It was 2:55 so I ran there got there at 3:12 and they were at a pause. Ok fine understandable I guess. they said wait an hour we’ll be back. Waited the hour in my car. Called again they were still at a pause they said come back in 2 hours. Or come tomm. So I called again next day And they’re at a pause again. I asked if I could make an appointment because I’m sick and can’t be waiting in my car or leave and come back. As I’m explaining myself I was cut off and told “no appointments”. If you work in the healthcare industry please be more sympathetic to ppl who are sick and trying to figure out how to get tested. I understand we all need a break and a lunch, but hearing someone out for a few more seconds makes a difference.

When we first got there the woman who took our information and insurance was very nice. We waited for two hours in our car, so like any normal person my husband went inside to ask how long would we be waiting. The woman inside told us two hours, so my husband and I drove away to get a quick to-go breakfast. A woman called us back not too long after, very rude, told us we were now in the back of the line and hung up on my husband. Horrible customer service, we cancelled our appointment and will be going somewhere else.

First time experience and it was Great! Staff was all friendly and caring. I was seen in my car Sunday and I didn’t have to wait long at all . I was very pleased .

Have been here for 52 minutes now waiting for a drug screen. There was one other lady inside who’s been seen. People are getting tested outside who are driving up after I’ve arrived. When I asked about how much longer the wait is the receptionist just said they aren’t a drug screen only facility as if I’m unaware of the fact. Veeery slow here. I couldn’t imagine if there were more people.

I am told while scheduling there is a 45 minutes wait for Covid testing then call me in 5 minutes expecting me to be in the parking lot.

the younger male doctor on scene has no compassion for patients. I have a sprained ankle and he told me bc he saw me walk inside and sees no swelling that he feels there is nothing wrong with my ankle. I limped inside with zero help as they all watched me l struggle to get in. just because someone has a tolerance to pain and just because someone was offered no help doesn't mean i wasn't in pain when i had to take it upon myself to be the physician. I took off my shoe to show the very clear swelling in my foot and said there's absolutely no swelling. in the diagnosis he even refused to put swelling. he just wrote "patient claims to have pain in foot" no swelling no sprain. and told me he's not a real doctor or hospital for them to give me a note for work. what are they hiring to touch us then ? I even saw them draw blood from the parking lot.

This was the worst facility I could have ever gone to. There was no one in the office. I had to wait 1 hr in my car ,I the heat,for the facility to verify my insurance card. I was having a severe allergic reaction to a face cream that I had used 2 days prior. The day after the initial application my checks were red . I didn't think anything it. I used it again on the second day. I woke up looking like a monster. My face was swollen,and my eyes almost completely shut, bright red and swollen.It was July 4th weekend. The nurse took my blood pressure period! Did not take my temperature. Literally no patients care at all.The Dr that wouldn't give me a business card or his name asked a series of questions. I'd told him that I have a weak immune system do to I've had CIDP. Fancy word ford Gillian Bare syndrome. He wants me to go to the Emergency Room. I needed a shot of Benadryl. Know that I have a weak immune system he wants me to go to the ER? Really! They charged me a co-pay for 50.00 cash for absolutely no care. I Would rate a zero if I could. I should have asked for my 50.00 back. I was also told to sign a form saying that he'd told me to go to the ER, and I'm terrified to catch The virus because God for Bid I get it. I will die. Go anywhere but here. Now tomorrow I have to spend more money, because my no name doctor wouldn't provide any medical help. DO NOT GO TO THIS URGENT CARE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU ON YOUR WAY.

Just left this location. Can I say it was perfect?The prescreening process is flawless; call their number and start the process right away! Special thanks to those involved. Thanks again to Cassie and Dr.Frieberg for reassuring and calming my nerves. Having extensive knowledge of hospital procedures as a long-time patient, I can't help with stress that my whole experience was simply perfect. This facility is clean. This facility is quick and ideally located. This facility is properly managed and personable. If I could have you as my personal care doctor and staff - I'd jump for the opportunity.

I highly recommend MedExpress. I have been there 2 times for 2 separate issues and saw 2 different doctors and was very happy with both visits.

I was here begining of the month . For sinus infection and ringworm . I got prescribed steroid nasil spray despite telling them I was allergic... Got prescribed antibiotics after like a half a week extra of suffering through.
