I call them for assistance, a man who doesn't speak English well answered and I tried explaining that I needed help with something. He didn't understand what I was saying and hung up. I called back two more times and he hung up. I proceeded to talk to him in Spanish and when it seemed like we were getting somewhere he hung up and proceeded to block my phone number. I called them because they were the ones who installed my new tires. Never had an issue with the tires but come to find out they basically stripped my lug nuts tightening them with a gun rather than to the proper torque specs. As a result I now have to spend $150 to tow my truck when I could have taken the tire off myself and have it fixed. Very unprofessional customer service and apparently a rushed job.

This guy is a scammer. I forget his name, but the place is run by dominicans who are frankly dishonest and trying to scam you on the used tires. I called and spoke to this guy I believe his name is Ricardo.He quickly tells me he has exactly what I need and gave me a really good price. When I arrived he was showing me 10 year old tires, tires with holes and nails inside of them. I am not joking. He tried to sell me them and INSISTED that he would put it on my car. I told him no maybe a hundred times.These people are untrustworthy. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

After reading good reviews, I took my car for tire mount and wheel balancing after getting a quote over the phone. When I got there, the guy declined to work on the car for the price quoted. Had to call again and had the guy at the store talk to the guy over the phone. After their brief discussion, the store guy seemed displeased at the quoted price and did a lousy job of balancing the wheels. After driving my car out of this store I still felt vibrations, took it back, they apparently fixed it but I still was getting high vibrations at high speeds. So basically I just spent away a $100 including tip for merely getting my new tires mounted on the car.Took my car to another shop, they only charged me $56 for balancing the set and now my car drives smoothly.

Took me in last minute to unmount, mount and """ balance """ 4 tires glad they did it with the amount of stretch .. I say "" balance "" because when I went to my job to check out the balance they weren't balanced at all , now I have the the residue and the little foam stuck to the wheel cause I had to balance them again with real weights. Besides that staff is great

went there for a set of used tires. Had what I needed, decent shape for a good price. purchased, mounted for under $200.00 bucks. On my way in under 45 mins. would recommend.
