Employees don't want to walk anymore, you can be waiting for several minutes cause they don't want to walk to the pump if this is not close to them. Horrible! I went to another was station instead.

I often stop by this store on my way to work. The sandwiches are fresh, the place is always clean, the coffee is hot, and the evening cashier—a friendly blonde lady—is always welcoming with a smile. It really makes mornings start off right.

The Manager here Sara is a disgrace! Her attitude and lack of attention towards the public is lacking. She is not a team leader and this store has gone down. I am completely disappointed about her constant deliberate disregard and arrogance and I am making a formal complaint Store 137!

I absolutely love this QuickChek! The store is always clean, well-stocked most of the time, and the staff are super helpful. What really makes this location stand out is the manager she’s friendly, and open, and always goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome. Every time I come in, she greets me with a smile and makes the whole experience at QuickChek so much better. Hands down the best QuickChek in the area!

By FAR the most poorly ran and managed quickchek in the area. I come here solely out of convenience but that may soon change. Last night I was there, no joke, for a little over 45mins waiting for a sandwich only for it to be made wrong. I was offered a refund or another sandwich. I opted to get a refund because I didn’t feel like waiting any longer for food. Cashier then comes up to me and says since he doesn’t know how to process a refund and I would have to come back when a manager is there. I was told there would be a manger there today at 6am. I called and the employee today said that there is no manager or assistant manager working today so I’ll have to try tomorrow , all for a refund. This location either had to shut down or management had to be replaced. Always a problem at this place.
UPDATE. Another visit today 8/11/25. Once again proves my point that this is the WORST location in NJ. Ordered a sandwich with cherry relish, I got olives instead . Looks like a preschooler made it, Upon returning to the store I was told by the “ manager “ that I am no longer welcome at the store because I complain too much about THEIR mistakes.

This was super upsetting, 2nd shift is not that great. I got there to pick up my mobile order at 2:27 pm after the app said it would be ready by 2:25 pm. The lady behind the deli told me it wasn’t ready yet but she was working on the order. Some kid behind the deli was in the front of the kiosk helping another customer order, so afterwards he goes behind the deli to help out the other lady. She never communicated anything to the kid so when the order was ready this kid bagged it up and walked to the front to drop it off there while the whole time I was standing in front the deli. It was 2:36 pm when the I asked the lady about my order and then she turned to the kid and he goes “oh it’s in the front”. It was a bit frustrating knowing I was waiting there on my lunch when it was already done sooner. I expressed my frustration and the kid apologized but the lady didn’t seem to care because she kept it moving. I walk up to the front and speak to the female cashier about and SHE LAUGHS in my face saying yeah sorry and that was it. I’ve never felt so belittled it was truly disappointing. Last time I will ever go back.

I ordered a 12 inch ham sub with extra american cheese, mayo, and vinaigrette, nothing else. When I got home and opened it, there was no mayo and no vinaigrette. All I got was bread, ham, and lettuce and a portion of American cheese but it melted into the lettuce. I cant have lettuce so therefore, my sandwich was inedible. I've already reached out to my bank since I used a debit card and will be disputing this order. I have photos of the ticket and what they claim is a sandwich which I will post here. I got a rolled up bread with ham and snot. I'm sorry, but if I woke you up from your nap while on the clock, then maybe find an overnight job where you can have more downtime. There are others that work late as well and all we want is to get something edible after our shift and it gets ruined so I go to sleep hungry. Thanks QuickChek of Lodi for hiring someone that messes with people's orders.

Horrible just horrible, I don’t mean to get anyone fired but the white dude who works at night making sandwiches and drinks needs to be let go, I been coming in almost every night and he’s messed up every time it’s annoying. Wasting my money being charged double I paid for a 12 inch and keep getting 6 inches or messed up drinks

This place keeps getting worse in the simplest way... Coffee. Either all the tubs are empty or they're not hot. 5 different tubs tried and failed today, just walked out with nothing!
