They are generally helpful but this time they messed up and didn't want to find a solution. I purchased two discointinued white heavyweight uniforms at a good price and asked for embroidery. I remember asking several times if they had the kanji I was looking for because they work with my dojo. They said they did. I trusted them. Shame on me for not making sure. I got back the wrong stitching. I returned to figure out a solution to no avail. Frustrated and back to where I started.
