βI was finally able to visit La Bodega. My family of 7 took the trip down from Westchester, NY, for dinner. The ambience was warm, welcoming, and beautiful! We each got different meats along with rice, beans and maduros- the food did not disappoint! The service was prompt and friendly- we felt right at home. Absolutely retuning.β
βI make meat/chicken orders at Prime One a few times a year (I donβt live in or near Passaic). The meats are top quality and always fresh!! Shia is extremely knowledgeable about every cut of meat and his recommendations are always on target!
Last week I made a large shabbos order from Gourmet One (the deli counter). The new chef is great! The food was fresh and delicious!! The brisket in mushroom sauce was outstanding! Was disappointed that I only took one container of the fruit mix/compote - we didnβt have enough! Everyone wanted doubles!
Looking forward to ordering takeout again!β
βSince moving to Tenafly, going to Tenafly Gourmet Farms has been one of my favorite things to do. Their produce is FRESH, and their pre-cut fruit bowls are delicious. For a local store they have such a large selection of product ranging from Italian, Jewish, Korean/Asian, Middle Eastern, Russian/Slavic, itβs truly amazing! They are also the only place Iβve been able to find my favorite marinaded feta cubes so they will have my business as long as they keep that stocked (I run through a jar a week!)β
βAldi advertises refund plus replacement for purchased item that did not meet your expectation. This is a marketing slogan more than an actual guarantee that would ever work in practice due to unwritten rules you will find out when it is too late. The vast majority of items are good quality and hardly anything ever has to be returned.β
βThe cleanliness of the Japanese market is exactly like Japan. The market prices are a bit expensive, and the Royce chocolates I bought in the store are about 2.3 times more expensive than those I bought in Japan.β
βIf u miss little treats from grece, turkie or Albania, like the name mediterrranean stuff, u can find everything here, the staff is very friendly and kind, ready to help u to find the things u need.β

βExcellent Service from Kimberly Guzman at Food Bazaar!
I want to take a moment to recognize Kimberly Guzman, one of the cashiers at Food Bazaar, for her outstanding customer service. She is always friendly, professional, and efficient, even when the store is busy. Kimberly greets every customer with a warm smile and makes sure the checkout process is smooth and pleasant.
Itβs rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way she does. Her positive attitude and attention to detail make shopping here a great experience every time. Food Bazaar is lucky to have her on the team!
Highly recommend stopping by her line if you want great service and a friendly face!β
βI ordered an Italian cheese steak and it was too seasoned and salty that I couldnβt finish it after a few bites. However, the meat portion and size of the sandwich I would go back but ask them not to put the seasoning. I donβt think it is terrible I just had that one experience and it was nice and clean inside. Which is why I gave it 4 stars.β
βNice sized local market that services the Spanish community, nice butcher and good produce available. Good selection of Spanish foods but if your looking for something specific that is not Spanish they may not have it. Remember to tip the checkout ladies when they help you bag your groceries. ?β
βThis local market has a great selection of international foods and fresh meat. It's a perfect place to find unique ingredients from around the world. The staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for diverse food optionsβ
βExcellent service!! I wanted to purchase a rib roast for new years dinner. I started at fairway and the prices were outrageous. Then I went to key foods and was surprised that it was also outrageous for choice meat. I found Los Vecinos on google and before I went, I called the store. I spoke to Ricardo. He knew exactly what I was looking for and custom cut the meat for me. He was so helpful and friendly. The prices were so reasonable. I highly recommend Los Vecinos and look forward to getting my meats here in the future.β
βGreat place ample parking great price
Quality meats and edible foods keep up
the years of great service located behind Paterson Farmers market. And to THE ONLINE ORDER PEOPLE COMPLAINING come and experience the shopping in the spot and then complain about the delivery of meat products will cost you more than the order So enough with bashing this great placeβ¦β
βAlways a beautiful place to shop at. All the workers treat me with respect and care. Especially Sonia who I see everyday as I come in with a big smile on her face ready to greet us.β
βMatko boska! The selection and prices here are very good. I will return to this establishment and Polish district overall. I would however check the expiration date on things to make sure they aren't already expired before you buy. I bought about 50 items and I only found 1 or 2 that were expired but a few that would be expiring within the next 60 days. The other problem here is the lady that works there is from the communist Poland era so don't expect any good customer service skills. She seems annoyed at having to work here and isn't willing to help much, probably didn't get any Biden bucks.β
βCold and warm buffet options.
Payment is based on weight, prices are cheap by NY standards and there is no obligation to tip!
It tastes delicious but eating it out of the cardboard box isn't for everyone.
The store itself almost only has its own brands.β
βAldi Bergenfield - A sign designating which isle is being use to check out would be very helpful. Customers are lining up on two isles. It changes without signage.β
βI found what I was missing for many years, so happy that I tried this place, definitely, I will go back.Went back and I was amazed that there is more products are available beside nice customer service from the clerk behind the counter.β

βAt ALDI it's fine, the only thing is that you have to put a heart on the carts and sometimes I don't bring coins
If they eliminated that it would be perfect ?β
βThe employees are very friendly and do a good job putting things in order and keeping everything clean. If they need help, they help you quickly. Good job plaza mexico!! ??β
βI think that short spanish guy need to stop whisling all the time and fransico and pablo and I think the staff should stop whisling all together I think my staff members are boring and they are mean rude and disrespectful and they whisle too much and they whisle too much and they need to stopβ
βThis is a Fresh Market that you can find in downtown New York.
You can buy most of the things you can buy at a mart, and you can also buy drinks, fruits, bread, beer, etc.
However, the prices are more expensive than regular marts, but considering the area, I think it is a very reasonable place.
I stayed at a nearby hotel and bought water and drinks here.
They also have fruits, bread, and snacks, so it might be a good idea to stop by.β

βSame store as usual. Sad to see that a lot of the great selections of international and gourmet foods are no longer stocked. They sold out, so you'd think the inventory would be reordered. But no. My Escargot ever came back. Gone is the liquid Goat Milk. Just to name a couple. What they do have is an overabundance of the same items from many different companies. Do we only need so much Tropicana & one or two others? The beef has too much gristle. They call it marbling. It looks like beef from an over-fed, overweight cow. That is how all that fat gets into the muscle fibers. Humans get it, too.Their store ground beef has been known to have been made from their cuts of meat which did not sell, which is standard practice, they just wait until a little to close to the Sell By date to to grind it. When you but it, often it is pink on the outside, but already turning grey or is grey on the inside. It also appears to be more than 20% fat.I do like that they have the Cactus Fruit from the plant that the Nopals come from that are used in Mexican food. I wish the Dragon Fruits would return as well as the Star Fruits. The prices need to come down. They are pricing things to compete with Fairway & Whole Foods, not the local Fine Fare, C-Town and Key Food.It had less selection as Associated, it wasn't as fancy before the renovation, but the prices were in line with the neighborhood where many residents receive EBT Food Stamps. Prices were about 1/3 of what they are now in most cases. Which leads me to think that this store is raking it in by overcharging for items and has most of its Accounts Receivable income coming from the coffers of the US Government Alimentary Food Program Office.β

βGreat experience shopping here. The deli especially was very helpful and courteous. The hot food trays were clean a lbd very appealing to the eye. Of course it smelled amazing. Would highly recommend.β
βExcellent super market there you can find everything you want and there one of the largest in seafood and they also sell cooked food I love that place today 2/18/2022 I was at the city supermarket and the service is better than beforeβ
βLove this supermarket. It's always clean, the aisle are always nice and neat. Everyone that works there actually does their job and from my experience they are super nice. They always have fresh produce. They have hot food and they also have a liquor store inside!β
βThis store is very well stocked. And they always have the sale items in the store.
The staff is very nice and they assist you in the store when you ask them for and item. And the store is VERY CLEAN.β
βI am so blessed to live half a block away from this CTown. I am able to get every last essential in my life at this place and every time I badly needed CTown to have in stock some new particular item, it's there. For those who observe, I will mention (to my own likely regret) that CTown does even have Almond Kisses before Passover, but they go quick! What is most impressive to me about CTown, however, is how so many high quality people who shuttle inventory, stock shelves, run the cashier, serve deli, oversee the self-checkout and run the on-the-floor operations themselves have managed to come through this store. I consider it a great fortune as someone who wound up living on the next block, and to be honest, CTown in fact almost feels like a part of my own home when I'm here. Thanks for all the great years!β
βIf you are not saving money buying good food and some others stuffs YOU SHOULD visit ALDI.. the best quality and loooowest prices in fine products ..you wonβt regret it and your pocket will thank you !β
βThe cashiers and all the staff are very friendly. If you ask them about something, they help you in the best way, not like in other markets, where if you don't leave a tip, they make a fuchi face and answer you with some moditos, here they deserve the 5 stars.β
βAwesome prices on most items, still missing more products but overall it saves you money. Non Aldi's products could be high priced and that plus the limited selections is why I did not give it a fifth starβ
