They are very rude on the phone. Last time lady lied to me and hanged the phone. Today again when I asked for her name. She hanged up on me. I made a big mistake opening up account and locker in this bank.

This is a newly renovated location that looks nice but is managed terribly. I waited in line for 31 minutes. There was one teller managing the drive thru and the front and one teller doing a new account at the front with one woman at the desk in the lobby handling a "business account". It wasn't until people started loudly complaining that the woman at the desk finally walked over and started to help with the line. She did repeatedly apologize for the delay but If you don't have enough tellers then close the drive thru and handle the in lobby customers. Next time spend less on renovations and more on hiring and training people.

I used the TD Bank in Lodi for an emergency card bank card replacement. Although this is not my “home bank”, the tellers could not have been more helpful, courteous and responsive! Thank you!

Rebecca at this bank is wonderful. She is one of the only staff members that is actually happy to help. She always has amazing energy and is super patient and kind.

The only reason why I come to TD Bank is because the Great customer service provided by Joe the teller. Always a smile always courteous and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you Joe TD should give you a raise.
