“Best tow service, Nikolas is a very helpful, honest and caring person. He does not only care about your vehicle he also cares about his customers. He helped me big time when i was stuck in the middle of the night and couldn't get another tow. He went out of his way to even give me a ride back home even though it was not near the area he picked me up and dropped my broken down car to. He offered me snacks and heat and a blanket as I was out in the cold for hours before I found his tow service. He was not about to leave somebody stranded in the cold in the middle of the night, with no one else to help them. He is very very kind and the most respectable tow truck driver I have ever dealt with, there is no reason to not trust him when you are broken down.”
“Bruce from BTS was truly a pleasure to work with. I had a spring coil issue that caused my car to be low to the ground and undrivable. I had it originally towed by a different company and had a terrible experience with them. When i had to get the car towed again, I called Bruce and I had a completely opposite experience with me. What was an originally tedious and time-consuming task first time around was so much more smoother and quick with Bruce. He knew exactly what he was doing and was very friendly the entire time!

“Had a great experience booking Moses' services in advance to bring a disabled collector car out of Manhattan to Long Island for a mechanic to fix.
Moses was easy to deal with on the phone, gave a quick quote (that he held firmly to said price exactly as originally quoted), and on the day he arrived early and fully prepared. Car was transported safely and securely, and Moses was incredibly professional and friendly.

“I called and needed a tow from nj to ny and immediately Marty was attentive, kind and helpful on getting a truck out to help me. Ray was the person in charge of picking up my car and delivering it to my destination. My experience with Ray was smooth quick and very nice. Marty and Ray were not like those other tow truck companies where you call for a tow and the person picking up are angry grumpy frustrated and just have nasty attitudes. “My wife was involved in a serious accident including rolling her SUV and totaling it. Thankfully nobody else was involved, however she spent 5 days in the hospital. Nutchies was the company called to recover the vehicle. After my wife was stable and home, I reached out to Nutchies, specifically a gentleman named Rob. He was very sympathetic to our situation and opened his schedule to ensure I was able to collect all our belongings from the vehicle, on two separate dates. He could have easily charged us for five days of storage but only charged us for one day.
