Stacy at this location was a great help! She was welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable with both Android and Apple phones. The issues I had previously spent hours on were resolved within minutes with Stacy's help. I will definitely return to this location and recommend it to others.

It was super easy upgrading my phone at the Lodi location. Rasheed went above and beyond. Even though I had a screen protector that was bought for me, he put the screen on for me without hesitation. He also boxed, sealed and addressed the box for return of my old phone.

I love giving 5 stars unfortunately I cant here. I walked in a little bit before 7 pm today 5/21/2024. I sat waiting for about 20 mins as John was helping a customer. After 20 mins he asked me what I needed. I told him I was there for upgrade after which he informed me that the customer he was helping would take up the rest of the time (40 minutes) and Id have to come back tomorrow. 2 fails here:
1- He shouldve asked me from the minute I walked in so I didnt need to waste 20 mins.
2-Good customer service is honoring the fact that I was there an hour before closing. If you have to leave at 8:30 pm to accomodate both customers, then thats what must be done.
