I would never go to Walgreens on 20 arnot pl Lodi nj 07644 ever again! The supervisor MEL was very nasty and rude when I came to pick up my order. They didn’t do my substitutions I choose for my in store pick up order. She told me her employee didn’t do my substitute item and she didn’t know why and that it was nothing she could do. I order in store pick up all the time at different locations and they honor the substitutions for the same price. I told her this and she kept telling me it’s nothing she can do even tho it’s not my fault. I had to call corporate and made a report because she was straight lying. I commend corporate for the fast response and communication to the store because by the time I got there to pick up the order she was on the phone with the manager and he must of been telling her to honor my substitution for the item they said they didn’t have. I hope this location goes out of business and nobody spends their money there because it’s a big inconvenience! I had to go that’s why I did store pickup to make it faster and it took 30 plus minutes to get my order! All because of the girl MEL !! SHE DOESNT HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE ON STORE PICK UP ORDERS! She caused me to miss my appointment because I was late ! I hope she gets fired and replaced with someone who knows how to use the Walgreens online system properly and someone who has better communication and not have a attitude! I will follow up with this !!

It is impossible to get the pharmacy department to answer the phone in less than 30 minutes if they text me if an issue with a prescription. It's faster for me to drive from Hackensack and back than to stay on hold.Often the pharmacy is so understaffed that the line can be 20 minutes long. It's unfortunate that they can't find enough competent staff. However, the phone waiting time is unforgivable.

I am going to chemotherapy and I'm having a very hard time when I called I spoke to a girl named Heather she proceeded to tell me that I was yelling and hung the phone up on me. I was actually crying and I apologizedand she's still hung the phone up on me. I have had many problems at Walgreens this isn't the first but I promise this will be the last. Horrible service there.

The worst . I need to refill a prescription and I called from 7 pm until 9 no one answered me . After 41 min on hold they hanged up on me and I called again same thing. The worst costumer service

I dont leave reviews that often but after One hour wait for a phone call to the pharmacy. They picked up and hung up than i called again and had to wait another half an hour. This place always disappoints. You guys have to do better

These people should be here on time the pharmacy department very unprofessional people do have to go to work and by them not being open on time it makes it really hard. We will be switching our pharmacy to a more reliable one.

Their passport picture system not working for a long time! Dont go there for that. Another walgreens at hasbrouck heights they have service but charging $18 for 4 pic. It was $9.99 at Cvs.

They didnt let me use the bathroon even though I have been a regular customer. I asked the lady from the pharmacy. The one where you pick up the presciptions at the back. Lady with dark short hair. And she said she cant give away the bathroom code that was for employees. She could have gone with me, put the code a let me use itBut nothing she didnt care. If I was on her position I could have gone with the person and put the code, If im nott able to give the bathroom code. What kind of pharmacy deny their clients the use of bathroom. I had to go to CVS to use their bathroom as I had an emergency and Walgreens refuse it. Too bad. Dissapointed.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went for passport pictures. Guy in front of me was there for the same reason. He was done and out the door, pictures in hand, in about 3 minutes. 2 customers picking up were taken in front of me and then after i finally got the picture taken, I stood there for 20 minutes while the 2 workers were talking. Asked twice if I can just come back, but was told it was almost done. There was no reason it should have taken that long.
