So this review is for the pharmacy drive thru & the pharmacy staff. Love the easy of refills using the app. Walgreens pharmacy staff are pretty responsive and professional. You are updated when your prescription is ready for pickup or if there is a problem. Have no complaints.

This Walgreens is by far the worse one i experienced. They don't care about there customers. They are very rude. Every single time I call they have me wait for hours on the phone & then will hang up on you. They need to have a meeting with their staff or find a new staff because I'll people can't be sitting on the phone all day and then on top of that they give nasty attitudes. I wish there was another Walgreens .

The manager on duty was extremely rude, she obviously was not having a good day, not only she treated me badly by snapping and throwing the receipt at me, she also treated cashier badly. Oddly, the cashiers seemed like they were used to this. would not shop here again. Time 03/28/2023 7:00 pm

25 min wait at the pharmacy with no one in front of me. No acknowledgment from anyone when I ask if I'm in the right line for a vaccine they say yes- wait another 15 min then watch someone in the pick up line get taken before me! Finally get someone to talk to me sit another 35 min past my appointment for a vaccine. Took 20 min to bring me the form terrible terrible terrible

Honestly the worst pharmacy i've ever dealt with. i understand if you're understaffed but don't take your frustrations out on your customers. was spoken to very rudely by a male pharmacy tech, and watched a pharmacist look over at me waiting at the drive through, and she walked past me twice and did not help me. it just always seems to be an inconvenience to them when you go to pick up medication. this will definitely be the last time i ever go here.

It took me 45 minutes to get a booster with an appointment because the personnel in the pharmacy area were awful. Worst Walgreens I've ever been in.

I tried to get my covid shot and they could not do it. They qould not even call or see if another wallgreens could do it. Horrible customer service all around.

Always a problem with these people!! If it isn't one thing it's another!!! They have all my Ins info on file but a so called Mike saId NO! Yet I'm ALWAYS picking up my medicines with the same insurance info. Last time I was picking up a medicine for my nose with a prescription, I asked the lady if it was in the bag along with the other medicine and she said YES! When I got home it was not in the bag! I called to complain and someone else tells me the Ins didn't cover it! Ok fine!...but WHY wasn't I told this when I was picking up the medicine and why did she say it was in my stapled paper bag! Mind you the medicine was less than $4 Didn't even give me the option if I wanted to pay for it myself!? Which that's what I ended up doing... The list goes on... customer services going south

I shop this store often the staff is very helpful I get all my fotos developed here. But I will never use the pharmacy the staff there is terrible the wait time is uncontrollable it is the worst of the worst and no matter who you complain to nothing is ever done to improve it. I go to CVS nearby for pharmacy.

I normally go to this location for items I need to quickly and routinely pick up like Altoids or candy, headphones, first aid items etc. On Friday night I needed to get pictures from my phone printed for the first time and being unaware what to do, I needed assistance. The young guy working that night, Sam, helped. Long story short, he took the time to help set up an account and explained what I needed to do. That night I was able to access what I needed, went to the store the next day and with help from Ollie and manager Matt got the pictures. Now I know what to do and will be back when I need their photo services.
