Absolutely terrible. They completely butchered my son’s hair. They destroyed his hairline and when we asked for a refund them promptly told us no and too bad. Lady had a bad attitude the whole time she cut him and had a nasty attitude when her mistakes were brought up. Terrible place. Terrible attitudes. Disgusting treatment and behavior. I asked for it short. Not to mess up his hairline.

my friend gabriel s went there and they messed up his hair so badly he looks like he’s balding. i hope whoever did this is immediately fired and gabe gets reimbursed for his hair cut. please don’t go unless you want to look like a bald poodle with a red rocket

Today I took my son in for a haircut and he's extremely afraid to have them done, I called ahead of time and explained to the woman about my situation she said come on in and we'd be happy to take care of him. From the time we walked in til the time we left everyone was very friendly and understanding when he was afraid and crying the whole time. The woman that cut his hair wad extremely patient and kind and understanding and talked to him the whole time through it all. Thank you so much!

After a super disappointing and totally unacceptable visit to the West Deptford location of Great Clips, which I wrote a review for, I took my husband to the Great Clips Swedesboro, NJ, location. We were properly and pleasantly greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Desiree was a wonderful host and took care of my husbands hair just perfectly. She was very friendly. THIS will be our place to go to from here on out! The West Deptford location can learn how to do business properly from the folks at the Swedesboro Location.

Today was my first time going in, I only wanted my bangs trimmed. I asked how long it would take, and they got kind of upset with me. Working in customer service previously, you shouldn't ever gossip about a customer! Especially when they are right there. My bangs are also sideways and choppy.Service: Bang trim

I paid for a haircut not drama. I didn't want to hear the story of in shop employees bickering. But that's what I got. The haircut was mediocre.

You spend more time waiting than the time that these girls cut your hair. They don’t care about details. Probably my 3 years old daughter can do a better job. Luckily my hair will grow back. I will never come back.
