Recently, however, a newer pharmacist here, Matt, was able to solve my prescription issues without sweating, complaining, or boomeranging. He handled it and communicated with me as things developed - and without prompting from me -- and solved my problem. That is what I call service. Thanks, Matt.”

“This is an amazing CVS store. It starts with the Manager Tom. There most every weekday, he is hands on, & always available to help you with anything & with a smile. The Pharmacy is my favorite, why? Because the staff is first class! At the helm is Caroline-She is a super busy Pharmacist , but you’d never know because she makes you feel like you’re the only customer there. She always remembers your name, (Sandy does as well! Very impressive! ) Hands down my favorite employee is Sandy! She always greets u with a smile, & she really cares about her customers . If I’m there & my script isn’t available until the next day, she’ll make a mental note & fill it before I have to worry about it! ThisSaves me from having to call & worry about it! This kind of superior service isn’t around much anymore , so it really stands out & makes this store the best.”
“I have just recently switched pharmacies from Rite Aid to Walmart. The level of customer service is incredible. Rite Aid always seemed to be annoyed at having to do their jobs. Walmart in Eddystone has gone out of their way to make sure my rx needs are met in such a kind professional manner.”

I was a life long Aston Resident - grew up with Aston Pharmacy and now travel from Middletown, DE to get quality customer service, hometown family feel, knowledge and product availability. If they don't have it they usually can get the product in 1-3 business days. And for you folks in the area it's a lot easier to get to them than it is for me these days, but trust me I won't shop anywhere else!!! “This Rite Aid is the best pharmacy is town. Both Mohsen and Michael are amazing at their job. The pharmacy is run smooth and there is never a wait. I transferred from the CVS and it was the best decision every!! The pharmacist are so knowledgeable and able to answers any questions you have. They will do an override on the insurance if necessary. I went to get my booster shot and Mohsen was so nice and explained everything. It was so quick I didn't expect to be in and out so fast.”
