I ordered a pretzel tray on Wed for Sat. I even paid for it on wed. I go to pick it up at the time requested and they can not find my order. the five people working there are scrambling around and I hear an employee say they gave my tray to the people who came in before me! they rearrange a tray from the back, who nows how long it was sitting there, to give me. its ok but since it was old and cold and the pretzels had no salt left on them I assume it had been there for a while.

Big hit. This past Sat morning I stopped in for some treats and saw the Halloween display. Although it needed to be preorder, and twisting for the morning was nearly done, the Owner stopped what she was doing and made a Halloween wreath with spiders and Boos. I went back a few hours later to pickup the finish pretzel. It was a bit hit at the party. I only wish I took a picture of it before it got devoured.

The new owner at this location, Lou, was very kind and accommodating. I had placed an order for pretzels online a few weeks ago while the store was under the previous ownership. My order was unable to be completed due to the equipment being down on the day I was supposed to pick it up. I was told by the old owner that he would leave my receipt at the front and I could come in and pick up the pretzels anytime. (after the equipment was fixed)

I stopped in yesterday to find a new owner and no record of any reciept at the "front". I explained the situation to Lou and although he didn't even own the store at that time, he wanted to make it right and sympathized with my situation. He seems like a stand up guy and good honest business owner. Good luck! We will be back

Always one of my favorites but maybe too much to choose from now and the electronic menu scrolls to fast. It is very difficult to see what your choices are.
