Everytime I visit a post office, it is always super crowded and I haven't visited this location in a long time. It was great to conduct my business and leave promptly without any hassle whatsoever. “This post office seems to always be busy. It is efficiently run and kept clean, although the very nice lady behind the counter is rather slow and methodical. Allow at least 20 minutes to transact business at the counter.”

“I dropped off a package this morning at this location. The post office was open right on time and the postal worker couldn't have been more attentive and courteous. I asked for some fixed-rate Priority Mail boxes and he made it a point to double-check that they were fixed-rate boxes instead of just small Priority Mail boxes. We should take the time to commend people when it's warranted instead of just complaining.”

“Despite the odd hours, my wife and I have had great experiences at this location. They were helpful when our mail wasn't being delivered by telling us where to go and what to do. I was going to skip a package last minute and would've spent much more if the person at the counter hasn't told me about some of their other shipping options. While the odd hours can be a challenge occasionally and this location seeming to be the 7-Eleven of USPS in terms of capabilities, they've always been great and helpful.”

“Going here can be a nightmare at the wrong time. It is such a convenient location on the corner. I try to go between 9:30am - 11:30am or 2:30pm - 3:15pm. Otherwise you hit the people going before work, the ones going during lunch and finally the ones looking to stop in after school/work.I sell a lot on eBay. This location can print sticky labels if you have the QR code.Wish it had more room. The line can be out the door if there are more than 8 waiting.Since it’s a local distributor, they seem to be on the up with stamps and available service changes.”

I had two large packages I needed to ship and the young black woman (sorry didn’t get her name, but she had a short bob cut) at the front counter was extremely helpful, as was her two colleagues. I always get anxiety going to the post office for some reason, lol, but they calmed me down. They packed everything for me and provided me with the necessary tracking info. Great customer service!”

This is one of the smaller locations so it doesn't take much to get crowded, but only two customers were in front. “These folks are just great. I have my packages delivered here where they can fit my PO Box or not they put a yellow sticker in my box in my packages there whenever I get it. They always greet me with a smile and are very thorough pleasant and professional. I'm going to hate it when I move.”

“Same problem as everyone else, but it's actually not the Post Office's problem. I spoke to a very nice lady there who has been dealing with this for eight years. My tracking said tracking says Departure scan en route to USPS, but the post office hasn't received it yet. it's still sitting in whatever Bridgeport UPS Innovations it arrived at. Very confusing, and unfortunate for the Post Office.”
