Sophia helped me out with getting proper jumper cables and when i returned she helped me get the battery my car needed to return to peak performance! She is an angel and certainly knows her stuff. Everything was found super fast. I truly believe there’s no better person we could have run into for help..! We’ll be shopping here more due to the always incredible support and service.
THESE GUYS NEED A RAISE <3

I visited the store today(July 15th 2025 at around 11:20am) to look at some chairs. Couldn't be happier with the customer service. Two staff members approached me to assist me without me even having to ask. Very nice store as well. But I would go out of my way to buy products from here based off customer service alone. Thank you to both helpful staff members. Wish I had gotten their names. One was stocking items in the pet section. The other was working at the register.

Used the pet wash facilities for the first time & very pleased. Elevated wash tubs with adjustable water sprayer made washing my dog easy & safe. She was very calm & safe, and it was easy on my back.
Towels, shampoo & brushes were provided along with an adjustable grooming table & hair dryer/blower. Pet wash facility is in a separate, enclosed room. Staff very friendly & helpful. I will definitely return.

Avoid this store at all costs.
Went to the Sicklerville location shopping for a truck toolbox on Black Friday. The toolbox I wanted at Sicklerville had a decently sized scratch on the lid. The store manager offered me a 30% discount on top of the already discounted price. We opted to try and find an undamaged one at a different location. The sicklerville manager called this location and asked them to make sure the toolbox was scratch free, to which the lady on the phone responded after a 10 minute hold “yup, looks pretty good to me.” So we took the 40 minute drive to the Logan store to get our undamaged toolbox, just to find out that the box at this store was even worse. When we showed the damage to the store manager Tom, he told us the best he could do was 10%. After we explained our situation with the sicklerville store, he bumped it to a whopping 15%. (Note, the other 15% equates to $50.) The employees at this store were very rude and Tom was the worst. We will never shop at this location again. Sicklerville can have our business from now on. The store manager at sicklervile is very helpful, friendly and cooperative. Tom is none of these things.

This was our first time bringing our dog for a bath . It was filthy inside the bathing area . The brushes had hair in it and it wasn’t cleaned from the last dog that was in there . I guess that’s why it’s only $10 . It’s worth it to bring him to the groomer for more $$$

We go and buy two ducks, and as soon as we get home, we notice that one duck has a hole in its beak and a tiny bit of blood in it. So, we head back to the store, and the manager happens to be at one of the cash registers, holding the phone to her head. I don't say anything and wait patiently for her to finish her call, but before I could even open my mouth, she says the person on the other cash register can help. I didn't see it as a problem, but I did notice she was bothered by my mere presence there. I move on to the next register and explain my situation, and the employee right away asks the manager if it's possible for an exchange. She immediately says that as soon as the bird leaves the store, it's not returnable. So, here is my problem:1. It had not been an hour since I bought the animal, and even though it's a minor damage to its beak, I don't want to spend time caring for a wounded animal that is very sensitive and could die easily. I bought it for my daughter to learn a little bit of responsibility, but not to care for a wounded animal.2. I have bought birds from them several times before, and I had a chick die on me after two days, and I was given a replacement chick without any questions asked.3. The manager's attitude leaves a lot to wonder... I was rejected from the very beginning, just by standing next to her, and she prioritized helping someone else instead of me. So, is it a racial issue because of how I look? Is she having a bad day instead of using her position to make better judgments and help customers? Whatever the case, I feel that I could have received better customer service. Conclusion :Love the store not so much the manager. Here is pictures of my receipt to show time frame, a pic to the bird’s beak and a screen shot of Return policies on chicks. You make your assumptions…
