I just had the worst service ever. I’m standing at the counter waiting to pay an the employee sees me but continues to sweep, then he rings me up and as I’m standing there trying to pay he’s now stocking these on the shelves and to finish it off he gives me attitude. THE WORST SERVICE EVER.

This was my third visit to this store. Terrible customers service I have ever seen. Don't know how they are still in business. Please stay away from this store. Staffs are busy with phone. Cooked foods are nothing fresh, but they try to push saying that is fresh. Don't know the manager or owner if they look at these issues.

Terrible customer service from the males who work in the store. Also if you’re looking to use 7 rewards to get the deal for a cheaper large coffee this location isn’t able to offer that. You come in here in the morning and there’s like 5 coffees made that are at the bottom of their container so the coffee is not fresh and the selection could be good, but it’s also terrible. If you have another 7-11 near you go give them your business and not this one.

Worst service I have ever experienced at a 711! This last August, I purchased a beach umbrella for $40. After walking far on the beach to my family the umbrella was broken. I decided I’ll go exchange it when it was time to leave because of the long walk. I went to exchange it with my dad and the manager (Mohammed) yelled at us stating he would not change it. I didn’t have the receipt but asked him to check the card I used to buy it. He refused and stated I should’ve came back earlier not at the end of the day after the sun is down. Then he told me to return tomorrow when I live over an hour away??? My dad tried to explain that we were far and I wasn’t asking for a refund, I just wanted a different umbrella. He got very loud and rude to us in front of all the customers. People were staring and shocked at his behavior. I asked for the general managers number and he refused to give it to me. It was very embarrassing to be treated like that. I’ve never experienced such a rude manager with absolutely ZERO customer service skills and ZERO conflict resolution skills. & from what I’m reading with the other reviews, the management has been an issue for a while. Which is sad because this is such a great family location! I ended up putting the umbrella on the counter, grabbed a new one and wished him a good day. No way I was leaving there with $40 down the drain and a broken umbrella. Smh worst experience ever!!!

This is the worst 7 Eleven I’ve ever been to. The people are so nasty and they yelled at you for no reason and they didn’t give me change. It always smells in there and the service is terrible!
