We contracted with this company in June of 2015 for a move from CT to FL. When they arrived they said our cost would be doubled on the spot because they did not bring a big enough truck. They also said they would not move any items if we did not agree to the price increase. I refused and cancelled the contract. The company proceeded to keep my $1130 deposit for not cancelling within 10 days of the move... REALLY??

If I could give negative stars I would. This is a scam of a company that held my things hostage in the moving truck and demanding double the amount of money or they refused to give me my stuff. They harassed me repeatedly while we were driving to meet them at the new location. They broke a bunch of things including our dining room table, tv, our daughters play kitchen, and a sideboard among other things. They stuffed all the furniture downstairs haphazardly and didn't put anything back together or bring it upstairs. They also weren't able to move a large piece of furniture but did manage to damage it and our old apartment so we had to rent a Uhaul and move it ourselves. I have been calling for months to get at least some sort of refund and they have given me nothing not even an apology. They keep pushing me off and saying they'll get back to me and they never have. The phone number I have for them doesn't even work anymore. DO NOT USE APOLLO RELOCATION SERVICES! Trust me it's worth it to hire someone else even if they cost more because in the end Apollo cost us more than the highest estimate we got and were the worst movers I've ever encountered. (And the good reviews must be from Apollo owner or employees)

Called Apollo to check availability of movers within the next 7 days. Was informed that I would have to e-sign some documents so get it in their system before they would be able to see if they could move me within the next 7 days. At most I would lose $250 of my $1,400 deposit if I cancelled the appointment but I could place the move on hold for up to a year with no charge. They did have a mover who could move me within a week but a couple of days later I decided I would not be able to get the house packed up in time so I placed the move on hold while the house was on the market. 4 months later the house is still on the market so I decided to get my deposit back while I took the house off the market for the winter. They refused to refund ANY money. Kept my $1,400 deposit stating I cancelled the move too close to the move date. An obvious scam because the entire booking and placing the move on hold was not even within their 7 days cancellation term. So they knew they were going to keep my deposit from the start even after lying over the phone that at most I would be out $250. Now I will consult a lawyer about the federal law known as the "cooling-off rule" that allows you to cancel contracts within a few days of signing them. Just absolutely ridiculous business morals from this company. It is highly advised to stay away from them and give your business to one of the other 100s of moving companies.

Apollo Relocation Services did an amazing job with my friend's military relocation. They were a professional full service moving company that offered packing services, so he literally didn't even have to pack his bags for his move. They are flat rate movers that provide long distance moving services. One quoted price got him relocated across the country! If I ever need to move, or need moving tips, I'm going to call them.

This company misrepresented their service and the integrity of their contracted movers. I requested a move for Sunday. I called several places. When I spoke to Apollo they said they could do Sunday but would charge a "weekend fee". I agreed due to my weekday travel schedule. The movers did not show Sunday, called me Monday and told me they are coming on a Tuesday!! This move cost me almost double after me having to cancel travel arrangements and their refusal to reschedule or return the $. DONT USE THIS BROKERAGE COMPANY!!

An absolutely great and trustworthy company. After having to relocate, due to finding a new job, i needed help moving my stuff. At first i was very skeptical about hiring a company to do it because i had valuable stuff that i didn't want to get lost, broken, or even stolen. Eventually a friend of mine suggested Apollo Relocation Services. She mentioned how satisfied she was with them and that they offer packaging services too. So i decided to hire them to take care of everything. Packing, moving and so on. All i had to do was drive to my new house. The actual movers were very professional and handled my stuff with great care. So was the customer service when i called them for a quote. Overall i am very satisfied with them. Everything went smoothly and of course there were no extra fees. I paid exactly what i was told on the phone!
I highly suggest Apollo Relocation Services to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and affordable company to assist in relocating. A+

I have moved about 8 times in the past 2 years, so it’s an understatement when I say I loathe moving! Not only is it the process of moving that I dislike, the research into a good moving company can be just as bad. When I moved from California to Texas, I wasn’t sure how I was going to do it without pulling out all my hair, especially with this being the biggest move I had ever made. However, when I found Apollo Relocation Services, it was a miracle. Among their many services, they provide assistance with long distance moving, packing services, and even provide car shipping quotes. I never had to ship my car before, but I researched several companies and received multiple quotes, but the quote from Apollo was unbeatable. Packing is my least favorite part of moving, so I was quick to jump on their packing services. I was very pleased with how well they packed everything. All of my valuable items were carefully wrapped and packed in a way to avoid any breakage. Everything arrived to my new home in one piece. Apollo Relocation Services is a very professional moving company and I would warmly recommend them to anyone that needs help with any kind of move, whether it’s down the street or across the country. They also have some great moving tips and a moving guide on their website, which is extremely helpful if you’re not as familiar as moving as I am.

Overall the moving experience is miserable. I'll avoid them in the future.
Apollo is actually a broker which matches you to other movers. Any promises or answers from Apollo just cannot be trusted. After all, it depends on the movers.
- They arrange me a Sat-to-Sun moving window. However, I didn't get any information of when the movers will come until Sat morning. I called them twice on Friday to check. They said they would call me back and never did. It just makes my plan terribly wrong. Also they said they are going to come pick up between 12-3pm, but it just kept delaying and finally arrived after 9pm.
- When talking with Apollo, I mentioned I need at least a full day to get to my new Apt. But when the mover called me, they said they only give immediate delivery, and they'll go to another state if I am not there.... I have to book the last-minute ticket to get to my new apt. Terrible terrible experience.
- When signing the contract, I noticed that there could be a shuttle service fee if the truck cannot park nearby. Since my apt is on a one-way street, I checked with Apollo and they said it's usually fine. However, when the movers arrive, they said the road is too narrow and still charged me the shuttle service fee of $250. Ironically, they didn't send a shuttle, they first move everything to my front door, and then the truck still parked in front of my apartment to pick everything up. I wanted to argue, but it's too late (already 9:30pm) and I don't have any energy after a day of waiting.

32 minutes of my life that I will never get back. Calling around for quotes and I got the lengthiest sales pitch of my life from a gentleman who could learn a thing or 2 about etiquette. The quote seemed reasonable, but I had to provide a credit card that day for a deposit or apparently the price would "double" by next month. I work in sales and his tactics were blatantly obvious and cheesy. Also, you don't ask someone if they don't have the deposit money, and if that's what's stopping them from providing a credit card - that's incredibly distasteful. I understand that they must gather adequate information to provide an accurate quote, but 32 minutes is obscene.

I was concerned after reading reviews, but my experience was overall quite good for my move from Montana to Florida. The price was quite good, with a discount for being a veteran. The driver who picked up my goods did a great job and worked well with the local guys who he had help him.
The driver on the other end was a bit rude and insisted on delivering on a weekend day that was clearly prohibited and stated so in the contract. When he finally got there on the following Wednesday, he said he couldn't park right next to the entry, thus charging us $75 extra.
The problem with the driver was not with Apollo. Their customer service was quite good. The dispatcher of the trucking company, who picked up the bid from Apollo, GTS Trucking, did not ever return my calls about the problems with the driver in Florida.

They hired and awful moving company and refused to help when the movie company would not deliver my things. They made guarantees and then told me I was on my own. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I would like to start of by saying that this was the worst moving experience in my life. I was quoted one price and when the movers arrived he told me that the price was going up and that Mark didn't write your square footage correctly one red flag right there. While giving my information to Mark he also told me that the company offers storage I thought that was great and I told him I was looking into a storage facility and they quoted me for $145 he said I could pay the same as price as what they quoted me but it would just be $5.00 more which was $150 and the first month free as soon as my first month was up they were calling for payment as the lady Lisa tells me it is $260 for the month of storage I was like what I was quoted for $150 who pays $260 for one month for a one bedroom now I call to have my items delivered took a few day to call me back to let me know when my items were coming. So my delivery is today at 4 pm left work early to assure I would be here when the driver arrived the driver got lost I had to go and meet him so he could find the apartment then come to find out he drove from NYC by himself and is leaving the trailer here to go pick up someone to help him deliver my items it is now 8 pm and he has not came back this is very unorganized very unprofessional and I don't feel I should have to pay full price for a terrible service. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Now Lisa is calling saying can they deliver tomorrow morning at 8am no you can not I have to be at work at 6am this is such an inconvenience. Worst moving company with no communication from driver to customer or from driver to his boss to let someone know what's going on ????
