The head pharmacist Erik took over about 2 years ago and immediately turned this established pharmacy into one of the best in the state, The entire staff are now extremely friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable at helping their customers. If you're not going to this pharmacy you are making a mistake! Prices and everything service matters

Nice small pharmacy in Ursula Plaza. You are guaranteed to get personal attention here unlike in larger CVS's and Walgreens. Such great customer service is definitely vanishing in today's world. So this was a pleasant experience. I definitely recommend this pharmacy. We need more places like this!

Switched to Diamond Pharmacy from a large chain last year. What a difference. Phone calls are always answered by a human. Medications available on day submitted or the next. Employees are pleasant and most helpful. Wonderful neighborhood business!!

I'm a new customer at Diamond Pharmacy, and I'm so glad that I switched over! The staff is extremely pleasant, down to earth, and easy to communicate with. They give you a sense of "family", which is an added bonus. Highly recommend switching to this pharmacy if you are considering- it's rare to find quality and pleasant customer service these days! Also, they have convenient hours suitable for 8-5 workers like myself.

I have been calling around a few pharmacies to try to find my medication, when I called here Eric told me to call back another day to check, which I did, then he did have my meds. When I came in from Toms River after I was told they have my meds in stock, Eric was helpful on the phone but upon arrival his whole demeanor changed, he was not friendly nor approachable, I gave him my docs along with my script and he tells me he can’t give me the meds because my script says caps and he only has tablets, didn’t give me any options so my wife and I asked if they can call or if my dr calls he said my dr had to call him, so he did, then Eric proceeds to ask my dr if he’s a psychiatrist which my dr is an internist and tells him he can’t release my meds because he’s not a psychiatrist and hung up on my dr, then he keeps starring at his computer and just says to me I can’t do it he’s not a psychiatrist. With an attitude.I’ve been taking these meds since a young age and never had an issue, Eric was completely unreasonable, unprofessional and flat out rude!

Diamonds Pharmacy is the only pharmacy in the Long Branch area that (as far as I know) delivers to its customers. Delivery is a necessity for me as I am homebound. Thanks to Cindy and Diamonds Pharmacy I can get my meds and remain in this community. Cindy is so helpful! Thank you Diamonds Pharmacy!!

This pharmacy cares. What bigger compliment could characterize a local business that looks out for their patrons and community. When no other pharmacy would look into a medication order problem , Pharmacist Erik of Diamond's Pharmacy offered kindness and assurance.

I was in the car while my friend was speaking w/pharmacist and overheard their entire conversation on speaker phone. I have NEVER heard someone be so disrespectful to a potential client. Not only was he rude, he was actually just plain mean. I get that we all have bad days, but this is inexcusable. Enough to write a google review. He told her her medication was unavailable, then corrected himself and said he would only give her PART of her dosage, at a higher price. And that she had to work on "HIS" terms or to go find a different pharmacy. Well -different pharmacy it is. NO thanks!
