Bank started charging a fee for paper statements, which I get. I thought I switched over online to e-statement only to find I was hit with a fee. When I called I was told the manager will not refund fee as there’s a long list of people calling everyday for the same thing and he will not refund anyone. Someone I will no longer be doing business with. I’m pulling all my families accounts out of here.

The worst bank, the worst service ever. I walked in and tried to set up an account and realized there was only 1 employee working. When she finally came up to me I realized my car was being towed, which is their private lot. My husband told them we were there to sign up for an account, and we were rightfully parked in their "private lot." I guess we will take our money elsewhere! They had zero remorse, and were actually more interested in towing cars then signing up for a new account. Extremely weird.

The tellers are amazing at this branch..... But the management is the worse i been around 23 years when it was monmouth community. I come in make a deposit and see management about changing account number the manager kevin the other young lady didn't even acknowledge that I was there she was playing on the phone at her desk occupied by whatever she was viewing was more important than acknowledging customers. And the manager Kevin wasn't any better he didn't acknowledge me either I had to ask for assistants the place is to small not to see anyone standing there. Further more Kevin should have addressed the young lady utilizing her phone he walked past her to help a couple tellers with the coin machine if I saw it he did to. I also had and issue with and account he had the young lady who was very inexperienced help me in which he should have stepped in to address he didn't. I called the second ave West end branch and Michelle helped me she was very professional she made a call found out a resolution. She called me back in a timely fashion as she said she would He can learn a few things from Michelle in customer service and management. I will use the west end branch for now on and maybe drive through at Ursula only because all the tellers are great. MRS. PAT will be greatly missed she had great customer service that's what kept me banking here for 23 years.
