I really cant say one bad thing about Molly and Zoey! The service is exception and the staff is so helpful. The clothes are all so cute, great quality for an affordable price! They are always on top of the latest trends, and they have great sales too. I would definitely check them out if you are in the area, you wont be disappointed!

I ABSOLUTELY love the staff here! They were super helpful with my shopping experience. I came in for a sweater, and left with almost the whole store! Everything is so cute and affordable. Would definitely recommend taking the trip to Molly and Zoey!

Everyone here was super helpful! I needed the perfect outfit for a night out, and the girls knew exactly what I needed. Found the cutest outfits, and they were affordable! This is my new go to place, highly recommend if you’re in the area!!

NEVER MET SUCH A RUDE AND UNWELCOMING STAFF IN MY LIFE !! I went to the beach for the day with my close friends. (We went into the more teen - like and chic.) They yelled at us, accused of stealing because there had been an extra hanger laying in one of our dressing rooms and didn’t know what piece of clothing it belonged to, and then threatened to call the police. If I could rate no stars I would; to top it off, I have never seen such high prices on pairs of jeans in my life. Truly disappointed and wouldn’t recommend.

NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I MET SUCH UNFRIENDLY STAFF. Was completely astounded by the audacity of some of these girls. They really need to do a check on the attitude of the girls they employ. No wonder you're hiring.

I have never met more rude staff in my entire life. In the more casual of the two stores, I asked for a dressing room and the girl glared at me and aggressively pushed open the door. No customer service at all. Half of them should be fired

Cute little boutique. Clothes aren’t the best quality but I always buy only on sale so I don’t overspend on something that doesn’t last too long. Besides this, the designs and styles are very unique!!!!!

First off. Beautiful store, its some really nice pieces. Unfortunately because of the unprofessionalism and the lack of good customer service that you should receive in a retail environment, I opted not to purchase anything. Now, there are 2 of these stores. The store that I'm speaking of is the more casual clothing store. The ladies working are not approachable, not inviting, talk amongst themselves and not the clients. The young lady at the register was very rude and when she called the Mgr, she displayed the same rudeness. I decided to look at the reviews and guess what?, I'm not the only one that thinks that there is an issue here that needs to be addressed and looked at with a fine tooth comb. Customer service and satisfaction is desperately needed in this location along with some proper training, coaching, and development. Myself, being in an executive level, this should not be tolerated. If you care about the business of your company, please address immediately, if not, you will be changing the name of the company again.
