Ryan is the manager and he is incredibly helpful. Was using one vape for years and it was just ok, but he suggested the one he uses based on my preferences. Huge game changer. I love it. Staff is knowledgeable, takes their time with you and truly understand their products. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend them!

It’s always an easy, positive experience purchasing from puff. Joel is the absolute best and I’d be remiss to not mention how appreciative I am for his stellar customer service. Great products and prices and the staff is the kindest.
