The owner don’t rent me a bike cuz I was like 50min (4:10pm) before 5pm(time close) he was in a crazy rush hour customers (2more ppl). I don’t recommend this one. Bad experience. Really disgusted. So sad

If I could rate 0 stars I would. We wanted to rent bikes at 4 pm but they had us waiting 15 minutes and said they would close soon so we couldn’t rent the bikes the entire hour. We said it was ok and we wanted to rent anyways. They said it was 10 more minutes waiting because they were busy, so we waited but we understood they didn’t want to rent us their precious bikes. Awful customer service and super bad attitude. We just wanted to ride bikes for half an hour, they are ridiculous. If you don’t wanna rent your bikes just close the place :)

I can't say enough positive things about Michael and the gang at Peddler. Michael patiently spent a good amount of time answering my questions and advising me as to what would suit my needs. By the way, I'm very pleased with my purchase - a Jamis Divide - well worth the money!

The guys really helped me out of a jamb when my son got a flat tire while out on a bike ride. Very helpful finding everything I needed so I could get him home.

Horrible. Charged me for tune up and didn’t touch anything. Then I called owner. He allegedly put a new chain on; it looks new and it fell off in the car. Do not go here. Rip off and worst thing is they tried to humiliate me and said mam you don’t know the difference between rust and oil. Now they won’t pick up the phone when I call. 85$ for nothing but stress.

I rented a bike there, I was able to do a 25 mile run with no issues. Good customer service as well.

They are a very good shop. Knowledgeable, and not out to sell you something. Had trouble with my bike for over a year. Took it to them, thinking I could trade for a new one. Instead I was told a tune up and new brakes lines and pads were all I needed. Saved me over $400.00, and my bike rides like it is brand new. My eldest son bought a bike from them, then moved to West Coast. The bike is only sold on the East Coast so, when it was stolen, he contacted them for the receipt. They got it to him immediately for the police. While the bike has never been found, their quick response was true customer service. Have bought several bikes from them. Will continue to go there for future purchases and service

Great shop. They’ve built 2 bikes for me now and both run great. I’ve had no problems or complaints at all. The second one was a road bike with clip in pedals which was new to me. Mike, from the store, took good care of me. He found the right fit with all of the equipment and taught me how to use it. This set me up for success. I’m super please with this shop. I highly recommend it.
