“Had a great experience at Compass. I have a son heading to Monmouth University and was looking for a storage unit not too far from the school. Tiffany Reynolds, I think that was her name. Was amazing. Great with the details and really knew what I was looking for. Thanks, Tiffany.”
“Great experience, as always, with this U-Haul location. Congratulations to Joshua's promotion tho we'll miss him. And great choice in having Patrick at this location--Patrick is prompt, professional and friendly and very knowledgeable. Glad to have dealt with him.”
“John at Public Storage in Eatontown is fantastic. He assisted me with storage set-up two years ago and today he helped me with the closing out process. Each time, he went above and beyond to be helpful. I highly recommend this facility!”
“I have been a customer of Bobby’s for over 10 years and have been driving for almost 40 years. Bobby is the most reliable and honest mechanic that I have encountered throughout my life. The customer service is consistently excellent.”
“Very friendly and accommodating staff!! I was dropping off a truck, was greeted by employee, advised me where to park, asked if I wanted paper of electronic receipt, and was done!! Quick & Easy!! I will definitely go back to this location if I need another rental in the future!!!”

“I highly recommend this location! The gentleman at the counter could not have been nicer, more courteous or professional!
I rented from Home Depot before only to learn that although I paid a deposit in advance, that they do not guarantee a truck when you get there. The person at the counter, and I quote, said to me...sorry, but I'm about to ruin your weekend! Fortunately one came in but I will never do that again!
I will be using this location again and I'll recommend to anyone!”

“The spot is a little “rustic” but the service is great - truck is always there when they say it will be, and drop-off is easy as can be. Don’t forget to take lots of pictures!!”
“Master Secure Storage is great! Unique place as there is 24/7 access to my unit. Loading dock is very versatile and can accommodate different types of vehicles. During inclement weather you can even drive your SUV inside to offload/load. Truck and Van rentals on site are a real step saver. Building, hallways and unit well lit and very clean. The management staff very friendly and responsive to our needs.”
“Walter was just great, so easy to work with and everything went smoothly. It was a pleasure and when I need a truck or have a friend who does, I’d always recommend this location.”
“This Avis Branch is exceptionally better than all the other branches I’ve been to.
Shmuel was very professional… and got things done fast… right… and with pleasure
Ty S for me having such a good and smooth experience .”
“It's a self checkin, so a little awkward. The owner is very helpful and accommodating. We did order moving blankets, which were not in the truck, but got a credit.”

“Quick and easy. Rental office is located inside the Sheraton ... It takes a moment to find it if you're not familiar with the location. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the truck I rented was clean.”
