The Front desk lady is very rude . Didn’t seem to like working in general. Please do something About her. Retrain, or remove thank you!!!!!

The lady with the short hair is rude to Non-English speakers. She was laughing at a guy who doesn't speak English very well saying "I've been trying to explain this for days to him" while he only went there for a day!!!! Hated dealing with her.
