I use to come here a lot more when it was RIte Aid, even than I mainly went here for convience. The store has the same uncomfortable feel when you walk no matter what it is called. Walgreens does not carry that many items that I buy or want. They also make you bag your own stuff which is a turn off as well.

Cannot reach Walgreens on Morris Avenue in Long Branch. The lines are down and so I cannot speak to anyone at the pharmacy.I have tried to call for days.No one will help.

Picking up a controlled substance Rx and was confused by the dates of refill. I have chemo brain and sometimes it takes me a minute to understand. Helene the pharmacist was very inpatient and condescending. I was left feeling stupid and judged. With my disability I would have appreciated kindness and patience. I'll just switch to the west long branch Walgreens. I had a rough day also Helene at memorial Sloan Kettering having receiving chemotherapy and praying it will save my life.

Horrible customer service. Came in and bought a couple items and my phone was dead and I needed my train ticket so I tried to charge it in the pharmacy waiting area and was told I was not allowed because then other people would want to charge their phones too. No reason whatsoever. Will not be supporting Walgreens moving forward
