Worker who answered the phone was explaining that if I have the QR code for my FEDEX package then they can use that and I was trying to confirm that they can print the label because I know that some places do not have this ability and I didn't want to waste the trip. She said I didn't need the label because there is the QR code. I again tried to confirm that she understood that I do not have any labels and she kept saying they aren't necessary. I don't know if it was an issue with English or if she didn't understand. I called FEDEX and they of course confirmed that the address label would need to be printed. I've been to this location before and was told that the printer didn't work so this is why I called. I rarely go here if I can help it. The people who work here are very nice but when you go to CVS it is just easier.

Brizna is the manager and very unhelpful to cash paying clients and a door dash client. Angel was cool but couldn’t help either because of the leadership is missing.

People there is rude, no manners, lazy, all they seems they have miserable lives. Saturday June 22 the guy in the pharmacy had a bad attitude when I asked for a medicine. There’s not the first time, I’ll change pharmacy to a different one. Hate this place

I came to the pharmacy to grab my kid medication before the surgery, the pharmacy was empty the pharmacist lady was not helpful, took 10 minutes to check the information on the computer then she said that the medication needs more 10 min and after this she start walking around the Walgreens hair care for no reason, my mom was running to find her because 15 min have pass and she was ignoring us. We have to ask her if the medication was ready because she was completely ignoring us. Then after 15 min when I was ready to pay she informed me that the insurance couldn’t cover the medication and charge me $125. After I paid she then ask if I was interested in cupons because she could try to find one! Are you joking with me? If you need help this is not the right pharmacy go to CVS and they will treat you at least with respect!

Honestly my experience has been good, I just go there sometime to get some snacks and go home, the cashier normally asks how I am or how my day was so that's pretty nice, and basically that's it nothing crazy or anything.

Cannot reach Walgreens on Morris Avenue in Long Branch. The lines are down and so I cannot speak to anyone at the pharmacy.I have tried to call for days.No one will help.

Disgusted, annoyed and out right angry. I had all my prescriptions at West End Family Pharmacy for over 3 decades and when they close they transferred all of my meds to Walgreens by the Train Station on 3rd Ave. The pharmacist specifically told me we couldn’t pick up our scripts until 1/21. I call today to make sure it is ready and I was informed that they are closed all weekend and won’t be open into Monday. Plus because it is a controlled substance they won’t even transfer it to another Walgreens so it can be picked up. Now having to suffer through an entire weekend without my proper medication is not only cruel but it is out right malicious to not even inform us they are closed on the weekends even after telling us that our scripts would not be ready until today SatI/21. Of course there will be no consequences for these actions except for leaving a one star review. I would have given them zero but if it wasn’t for Alex, their general manager, who was a very kind understanding and a helpful gentleman. They would have definitely gotten negative stars if I could. I highly recommend anybody taking all of their prescriptions and needs as far away from the Walgreens as they possibly can!!!

Great place when I need something like a drink, snack, or something to buy. One of the employees at the cash register is super nice to me and always puts a smile on my face.
