I was very disappointed to have a conversation with assistant manager Claudette today who basically told me to go to another bank to get notary done. My daughter is going away to school and I needed a few simple documents notarized. SHOCKER that notary is identified as one of their services but then a manager would say not sure we can do that. I told her i wasn't doing a will, just a few documents. I then asked for a customer service number to lodge my complaint about the conversation and she referred me to the main 800 number. This is bad customer service do you really want to turn one of your customers away from a service you advertise on your website. So disappointed.

I have found Millington to be a great bank. Everyone is extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. I have banked with them since 1997 and even after moving we still bank with them. When changing jobs my former company Direct-deposited my salary plus unused vacation pay, then withdrew it two days later. I had paid 10 bills on line against that money. MB gave me 48 hours to get the money back or I would have faced $1,000 in bounced checks. This is a great bank.

Revolving door of inept employees. Slow lazy. They make money on fees ONLY. Twice they suspended my credit card while i was on vacation.Had to use AE. Oh and replacing a card here look for outside 10 days. Steer clear of these card dealers.
