He was very helpful in figuring out what car would be right for me. It turned out to be a beautiful 2026 Ocean Gem XLE AWD Camry with the Premium Plus Package, 19 inch Dark Grey Metallic Wheels, and some other extras. Rob was very helpful and answered all my questions. After the sale, Rob has still been very accessible whenever I have questions. I am glad that I bought the car at Towne Toyota and Rob made it a great experience. I love my Camry!!!”

“My car stopped working about 13 miles away and we had it towed to Clinton Acura. It was at night so I called and left a message to give them a heads up it would be there in the AM. First thing in the AM, Rick calls me to talk about what happened and kept me informed all day (and was very patient with every call) about what possibly is going on. I was able to leave that day with the car with assurance everything was looked at thoroughly. Everyone I spoke with there was so kind and patient. Another thing I noticed when I got there was how cozy it was and the snacks! So many options which I think is so nice for customers waiting. Thank you to the Clinton Acura staff for making my life easier! Especially Rick!”

“I took my Audi A6 in to diagnose an oil leak and to perform routine services. Prior to Auto Tech all services, maintenance, and repairs were performed solely by Elk Grove Audi for the duration of my cars life. I could not get an appointment with Audi's service department immediately and did not want to risk driving my car potentially causing damage after discovering the oil leak. I was referred by friends and family to Auto Tech since this was an unexpected problem that needed to be addressed immediately. Auto Tech was able to get me an appointment the following day after calling them and assured me they possessed the qualifications, knowledge, and experience to work on my car. After 2 days and a thorough inspection, Auto Tech was able to diagnose the oil leak and another problem my car had which I failed to notice myself. A full diagnosis of the problems, repairs, and cost was provided to me by Auto Tech via their user friendly website. Auto Tech Service Advisor Phillip Tran gave me a call and explained in detail the diagnosis and additional issues they found which gave me the honesty, integrity, and professionalism I was looking for. After approval of the repairs and cost, my car was repaired and ready for pickup after 7 days. I specifically requested OEM parts only be used for my cars repairs which understandably caused a longer repair time. Throughout the days of repair, they answered my calls and gave me progress updates and a tentative date of completion. My car is now back to full performance and drives like new again. I am glad I found a reliable and honest shop that cared for my car as much as I do. Additional to the referrals I will now give my friends and family for this shop, I find it only deserving to give you my honest review and experience as well.”

“2011 Jeep Sahara 155k miles:The mystery was solved! Two mechanics could not finish or solve the failure of cylinder 2,4 and 6 misfire. Left bank was coding and causing my Jeep to shake, exhaust heavy fuel to the point I was going to pass out and then lost heat. Two other local mechanics did not want to take my Jeep in, fearing the labor intensity and cost it can lead. With frustration, I felt defeated and looked into mechanic recommendations on THE NJ JEEP CLUB. I decided to go to JP Auto Service in Chester, NJ. I will never go anywhere else! Not only they have highly skilled technicians but their customer services put me at ease. I’d have to thank Jim Kenny for patiently explaining and updating me during the process. It turned out that my oxygen sensor was shot, causing failure and multiple codes. Thank you Jim and JP Auto!”
