“Love Valley Pharmacy & Surgical—excellent customer service with a personal touch! Staff is kind and efficient (they explain things clearly and help with surgical needs), quick turnaround, and convenient delivery option. Clean, welcoming, and good for both prescriptions and supplies. Minor minus for occasional short waits when packed, but the caring vibe and reliability make up for it. Strong 4 stars—happy to support this local pharmacy!”
“The Pharmacist and staff are great. Always willing to accommodate requests, very friendly and have my orders at the counter before I even reach the counter. More importantly, the Pharmacist has recently gone WAY above his duties in troubleshooting insurance issues which are out of his control. You will not get this type of service at CVS, Walgreens or any retail pharmacy. When I get a message that my meds are ready, not only are they ready, but as mentioned, the staff literally know I have arrived and have them at the counter before I walk in. If you want to avoid the endless nonsense, disorganization and argumentative services of CVS etc. Come here.”
“Lakeland Specialty Pharmacy is a wonderful local gem in Netcong! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable—they take time to explain meds, help with insurance, and make you feel cared for (no rush like chains). Great for specialty/compounding needs, reliable fills, and good prices. Only reason not 5 stars is it can get busy during peak hours with short waits, but the personal attention and community feel make it worth it. 4 stars—highly recommend this Morris County pharmacy.”

Groceries never disappoint, they always have what we are looking for. Always! Multiples options.
Last time shopping there, I was scanning in the self checkout and an employee gave a gorgeous rose to my husband give to me, behind my back.
It torn out so funny and romantic with my husband and I laughing because minutes ago at the entrance we saw flowers and I said “it’s been a long time since you gave me flowers.” Absolutely adorable gesture from Weis and made me happy for days!”

“Ray and his staff at Skylands Pharmacy and Compounding are truly wonderful people. This pharmacy truly gives you personal one-on-one attention and helps you with all of your prescriptions. They go out of their way to speak with Drs to make sure you get your medication’s in a timely efficient manner. They even deliver to your home if you are too sick to be able to go get your own medication’s. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Skylands Pharmacy in compounding. I gave up on CVS A few years ago and deal with solely Skylands Pharmacy and compounding. They truly are top-notch professional professionals.”
“Not sure why some of these are 1 star reviews. Been coming here for years ever since it first opened after this Walmart location went through major renovations.
Ravi and Vicky are hands down two of the best pharmacists I've ever encountered and go out of their way to ensure you're taken care of.
The technicians are helpful as well, of course they've gone through many since opening. They usually go on to pursue their own careers, but almost 100% of them are great! Go easy on the ones in training!
Overall, I go to this location despite living next-door to the Rockaway Wal-Mart.”

“I had ordered a cake for my sons 4th birthday yesterday and not only was the design perfect the cake also tasted amazing. I was also very pleased that the cake was ready for pick up an hour before my pickup window which meant there was no wait time. The women at the counter who also grabbed my cake upon arrival was nice and accommodating. All my son wanted for his birthday was a lightening McQueen birthday cake and was happy with the help of Walmart he was able to receive it.”

Whether you are a frequent or infrequent patient, somehow they know almost every customers names and sometimes birth dates too. Ray is the greatest. He & the pharmacist on duty NEVER treat you like an inconvenience. If you choose to wait for a prescription to be filled… it is filled in a few minutes with a smile & great conversation. They go above and beyond to obtain any discounts on expensive medications. My entire family switched to this pharmacy because of the outstanding service. “The pharmacy staff at this Walgreens is the best around. They are very patient, informative, accommodating, and understanding. They also seem to have more medications in stock and the ability to order meds that other pharmacies tell me they can't guarantee getting. I go out of my way to have Califon Walgreens handle my family's prescriptions.
Today's retail pharmacists are under so much pressure, being required to do numerous other jobs than actually dispensing medications. Maybe you've heard of pharmacist walkouts and unionizing around the country? This is why.
Some negative reviews here deny the customer's responsibility to behave appropriately and show no consideration for the demands on the pharmacists in today's profit-driven health industry. When you mix up your appointment times, walk in after hours, or are on your phone, the pharmacist has every right to ask you to comply with the rules.
