I absolutely love it here!!!!
I moved in a few months ago and have been extremely happy ever since. I'm a city girl, born and raised, but this change has been so great for my physical and mental health. The neighborhood is beautifully peaceful. I often see deer, rabbits, and even the occasional fox, which adds such a serene, natural touch to the community.
The amenities are great! While the gyms may not have the newest, high-tech equipment, that’s perfectly fine with me. I go there to work out, not to be entertained! The pool and clubhouse are both great, and I appreciate that there are dog parks, a basketball court, and a nice walking path to enjoy. I go for a walk every day after work!
My apartment itself is AWESOME!!!!! I have a 1br/1½-ba with a small office space right off the bedroom, which is perfect for doing my hobbies and working from home. It was freshly renovated before I moved in, with new floors, paint, and appliances. The kitchen is the perfect size for me since I love to cook (literally made biscuits the other day), and the living room comfortably fits a 65-inch TV with plenty of space to relax. The dining area is a bit small, but tbh it’s a one-bedroom not a restaurant and IT'S JUST ME! Lol The master bathroom is HUGE, and the walk-in closet offers plenty of space for all of the clothes I refuse to toss because I'm trying to convince myself to lose weight (SO THAT GYM IS EVERYTHING!).
What truly makes Warren Heights special is the management team. From my very first visit, Astrid made me feel so welcomed. I was nervous about getting approved for the space, but she reassured me every step of the way and went above and beyond...even answering my questions on her off days! Recently, I accidentally locked myself out (don't judge me), and both Astrid and Art were so quick and kind in helping me get back in.
Every neighbor I’ve met has been friendly and welcoming, which makes it feel even more like home. Honestly, every time I pull into my parking spot, I catch myself saying, “I love it here.”
Warren Heights has truly been a blessing and I couldn’t be happier! Don't knock it until you visit!

I had the pleasure experience with Astrid who is a property manager, and I cannot speak highly enough of her. From the moment we began our collaboration, she demonstrated a remarkable level of professionalism and dedication. Astrid was always helpful and approachable, making it easy to communicate any concerns or questions.
If you’re looking for a property manager who is not only efficient but also genuinely cares about her clients, I wholeheartedly recommend Astrid. She is a true asset to her field.

I've lived in this complex for almost three years and highly recommend it. The community is quiet, safe, and well-maintained, with dedicated parking and extra storage. What truly elevates the experience is Astrid, the property manager. She is always incredibly helpful and attentive to any issues and clearly explains the current policies while trying to get the maximum benefit for residents through her management. When I considered switching to a 2-bedroom unit within the complex, Astrid explained the best options. I referred a friend to Warren Heights, and their move-in was very smooth thanks to Astrid. Astrid is a true asset to Warren Heights

My response to your comment: Who do I call, the main office barely answers the phone, no one answers the door if you go to the office and if you email you wait days or weeks for a response. I have had a maintenance the request in for over two years about my carpet that has never been addressed. Instead it was deleted multiple times and then placed on hold. It took me a year and a half for my bedroom ceiling to get repaired from water damage and mold. My microwave broke and it took four months to replace and I got a used one from the apartment next door after the previous tenants moved out. Thank god they did or I probably still won't have a microwave. My dishwasher broke and I got a dishwasher from the dumpster that's missing paint has rust and looks horrific. Instead you rather reach out and attempt to get personal information on my husband but never address anything related to the living conditions completely pathetic.
Horrific! What is happening at this complex insane. I have lived here for five years l. When Larken owned it then grounds were beautiful we had a sprinkler system a huge maintenance team. Maintenance requests were addressed in less than 48 hours. Since the take over by the new management company the grounds are horrible littered all over no sprinkler systems. Common areas are gross and disgusting. We have one maintenance man for the whole complex requests go months and years with our responses. AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE THEY WANT TO RAISE THE RENT 15%! For what! Gyms clubhouse complete outdated and half the equipment doesn't work. Our apartments have appliances that don't work and never get addressed. My carpet is completely coming apart and I have had a request for two years in to address this no response. New tenants are moving into apartments that now they aren't replacing the old used carpet. I can't be even more disappointed and frustrated with how this complex has changed.

Lived in this community for a year n half. They make the outside look all nice but that's for show. Rent is ridiculous, with kept going up and the apartments are not even up to date as they should be for these prices. Dog crap everywhere people are slobs and don't pick up.... even after complaints management did nothing even after showing the people by pics, like send them a letter!! And warning if again... you will be fined!!! It's gross on the sidewalks ugh! My whole building daily smelled from the people downstairs cooking their cultural food!! Made me literally sick! Takes forever to get things fixed!! I agree with the person also that wrote about in winter time with the noise early morning hours with shovels and plows. There was also drugs being sold right across the street and management also new that nothing done! Cars broken into, oh they also REFUSE to put cameras up, I asked... as many have when cars broken into. That place went downhill just in the year n half I was there lol.

Terrible place to live pool is rarely open every season, the screens on the windows don't fit so you can't open any windows or you get bugs, bee's and everything else in your apt. They're is no outside space, no balcony, no deck one your in the apt. You're stuck inside . There's plenty of better developments this one is bottom of the barrel. Can't wait to move out!

Not worth the money they either want to buy or rent.... Simply it's crazy what these companies are charging for low quality track housing it's basically housing projects with a few upgrades and 4 times the rent or half or third of a regular house without a yard but the same if not more mortgage and rules on what you can do with your property like Xmas decorations etc

I rarely had a problem when I lived there. Lived there for 10 years and rarely had a problem. Very, very quiet. The only thing is that back in October of 2020, me and my then 17 year old daughter had an incident with the downstairs neighbor standing in front of his window with no pants on and pleasuring himself. Went to police and they did nothing. Wrote a letter to management and they did nothing. The only time they do something is when money is involved.

When I walked into Warren Heights leasing office I was Greeted with a pleasant smile and a warm welcome( Kelly Lewton)Kelly is amiable, you know that's realness affect that gravitate a person soul. Yea that's Kelly... this woman goes above and beyond for Sela Realty LLC, she's such an incredible representative for this company.I’m writing this review in appreciation to Kelly. I'm a new resident here at Warren Heights. From the day I met Kelly till now, she has been a perfect example of a loyal & truthful property manager. She is always there for you any time of day with the most positive and lovely attitude. I have lived in Queens NY, Newark NJ & Delaware with many different landlords. Never have I had one as extraordinary as Kelly. She is never too busy and she makes even the smallest problems a priority. Not only does Kelly care for her tenants but the owners, property and the leasing department as well. She is constantly making our environment safer and pleasant every day/week/month. She respects all of us the same and allows us to feel like a family no matter what, Because of the wonderful people Kelly chooses to rent to, I can honestly say Kelly has build a lifetime community family and I'm excited to start building great memories in my new environment. All the hard work, effort and love puts into her job. Kelly assisted me with the process of care for a special person in my life, so I want to say it loud & clear. Warren Heights/ Sela Realty LLC is lucky to have her but that would be an understatement. Kelly is truly a God sent.Let's not forget about Kelly's team mate Mr. Art the Maintenance man he's the best and gets the job done while working as a two man team. ???Monique Williams

From the day I spoke to Kelly to inquire about the open condo for rent she has been helpful. Not just helpful, above and beyond! Anytime I had a question she would respond immediately and do all she could to help me. Even at less than optimal times! I’ve witnessed her interact with other tenants and provide assistance to them as quickly as she does for me. I also see people popping in just to say hello because she’s so welcoming and friendly. I see a smile on everyone’s face when they speak with her. Kelly is by far the best property manager I’ve ever come in contact with. I’ve had some bad experiences and she’s made my time here enjoyable and one of the top reasons I’ve renewed my lease.

Be prepared to be lied to constantly. Previous manager here refused to talk to me and other residents because we were men. Lied and told us the unit would be updated with new floors and cabinets, never was and refused to give us an explanation. Maintenance takes forever and they never advise of the issues or even respond. The gym and pool are supposed to be selling points yet for 2 years they were closed and we weren't compensated and still paid for things we couldn't use.And thinking $1,600 for an 800 sq ft unit in this area makes sense says all you need to know about them. Renters avoid they only care about individuals who purchase the units and everyone else is beneath them. Don't believe anything they say because all they care about is the money they take from you.
