Why is it Nobody is training management, supervisors or associates how to properly add money with the new system. This isn’t the only CVS, but this is the second CVS I have been to that Does not know how to add money to a card with the new system. I have added money to my card successfully with the new system at multiple CVS so I’m aware that it is possible without the barcode. With the new system in place there should be proper Training to all employees, especially supervisors and management.

Went in for a quick passport photo. The lady in front was super friendly and helpful. It only took a few minutes.

Just wanted to tell CVS pharmacy Manager, Frances what a thoughtful employee she has in James H. A med was sent in from a doctor for me. He checked into before giving it to me and found it was on list for being allergic to it. I was truly thankful for his caring.

The pharmacists and assistants at this cvs are extremely helpful. They have helped me out of several very bad situations with my mail order pharmacy not filling my prescriptions. They are kind and very understanding. James in particular has helped me many times.

The pharmacist is always so mean and dismissive. They lied multiple times about filling a prescription for me but it’s been like 3 months and they still haven’t given it to me. It’s freaking pink eye eye drops for pink eye I don’t even have anymore because it took them so long to get me my eye drops the freakin pink eye went away on its own. Don’t go here

Pharmacist would not fill my elderly sisters meds the hospital had called in hours before. She said she could pick up tomorrow and I tried to explain she had no way to get her medication. She said the pharmacy was closing she had to go home. She had time to transfer the meds to another store and in that amount of time discussing her needing her meds and them transferring she could had filled the prescription. The pharmacy was dirty and the people were slow. My sister is transferring her meds out of the Lumberton.

Horrible, it takes forever to get a refill on meds. Seem that pharmacy employees are more miserable than post office employees.

they are so incredibly rude and constantly messing up your prescriptions. i haven’t had one good experience here not once. better off going anywhere else
