The team at Enterprise Lumberton NJ were great, I was in and out quickly on both the pickup and return. The staff was friendly and helpful. The reason for the two stars is the car was terrible. We rented a standard size car that was said to fit five. We had three in our party so figured this would be fine. We picked up the car and my daughter went to sit in the back seat and could not fit her legs in. She had three inches of leg space. Literally. She had to sit across the back seat the whole trip. We are not tall people, the front seats were not pushed all the way back. The car was a Mazda 3. If you are more than a couple don’t rent it!

Enterprise made our car rental experience after our Mercedes was rear ended and had to go into the body shop for repair hassle free. Enterprise had a great selection of premium vehicles like the BMW X1 that we rented for over 2 weeks… We highly recommend!

Only thing I do not understand is why someone else can not pay for someone else's rental. If u have a card to charge why does it matter.

I had to take my car to get repaired after hit and run driver in Delaware never stopped after he hit my car. We were safe but my car front bumper ripped off my car. He had false plates on his truck. Karma will get him. Enterprise delivered car to me. I've been using Enterprise rental every time I needed a rental. I highly recommend Enterprise. They go out of their way so I didn't have to. Thank you Enterprise.

It was a good experience the price was a bit on the higher side for what I rented especially because it was returned the same day. I had reserved a minivan bc that was the only thing they had with a 3rd row beside a Lincoln Navigator (which was $200 for the day) the minivan was supposed to be about $80, I "upgraded" to an SUV with the third row, and supposedly with the military discount applied it was only supposed to be an extra $2.35 (may be off by a couple of cents) but I was charged $107.00 basically for a vehicle with a 3rd row for just over 12 hours. Everyone I talked to was pleasant. I just looked and apparently that was bc of the extra driver fee but I still think the rates are kinda high but you get what you pay for I guess.
