Half of the store is now “boutique” and extremely overpriced so don’t waste your time. Been coming here for years and it’s gone down hill because of the overcharging and ridding of discounts for colors. Regular racks are empty and the “boutique” is so full you can’t even look through it . Store is empty, makes sense since no one wants to pay those prices. 7.49 for a t shirt is INSANE

Used clothing and housewears priced like new. No further discounts and more merchandise then ever because of the changes. I now buy needed items online and spend less even with shipping then shopping at Goodwill. Very sad ! Used to be a great place to shop and find unique items.

I was in this store 2/23/25
I didn't liked how me and my mom was being harassed by the manager and some lady not sure if she's the assistant but they kept looking at us and the lady was following my mother. We are very disappointed we had always been a regular customer. This was discrimination . Definitely this store lost two customers.

Best run Goodwill in the area. They turn a lot of merchandise which makes you want to go back more often. Prices have risen dramatically over the last year but you can still find some good values.

I love going here especially for the dollar days but I won’t be coming to the Lumberton location anymore. My brother has Crohn’s disease and has to use the bathroom often. Katelyn told us bathrooms were closed and almost caused my brother to have an accident in store on account of this. I’m sorry you’re busy but it takes 5 seconds to walk over and open a door. Thank you so much to Debra who opened the door and helped my brother, I appreciate you and your kindness. Compassion when you’re dealing with a disease like Crohns goes a long way.
