“Let me tell you this wasn't gonna start out as a five star review but with the help that I got at the Lowe's in Lumberton with the sales manager, Eric Fahey and Kyle and their other associate Tom, I was very pleased with how they listened to my complaint and inquiry. I got a dryer from Lowe's December 23. I needed service on it three weeks later and then needed service again in February, they wanted to replace almost every part in the whirlpool dryer and I was not having that I feel as though maybe $600 ain't a lot of money but it is to me and I pointed that out to Kyle , Tom and Eric and they agreed and said don't worry we're gonna get you a new dryer and it was delivered the next day. I am more than happy with their response time and for their patience thank you so much guys.”
“Just left tractor supply and had to amazing employees go above and beyond to help us out first we had Russ with his wild style and cool personality he was a real treat as he assisted us with energy and zeal than we had Aryana a sweet young female who went above and beyond calling store after store to find what we needed. These two were absolutely wonderful”
