In mainstream America the customer is no longer able to get assistance. I waited for the representative to finish with a customer to find out if there were any funds on my gift card only to find out there were zero dollars. Of you don't use a gift card in a certain time frame you will lose it. I needed keys made. I was told someone will come to the dept or use the self made service. After getting a rep to help me he was so involved in doing other things he made two out of three keys for me while discussing with another employee of where he suppose to be. I will never go back to Lowes again. Customer service is horrible..

I purchased a patio table from Lowe’s in Sept 2023. The table obviously sits outdoors from May to October. Now the table is rusting and Lowe’s won’t do anything about my issue . Shame on them ! Not standing behind the products they sell us

My oldest son and I came out here as our 1st store to shop for fridges and freezers. Not as much of a selection as Best Buy or PC Richards ..but the associate was friendly

Expect no customer service, just a great deal of time consuming run around and evasion. If it isn't a simple purchase that can be paid for and walked out of the store with, don't bother.

I needed help in the tool department today and Glenn took amazing care of me. I wanted to get started on my basic homeowner tool kit and it is a lot to process for someone who is mechanically challenged to say the least. I spent a couple hundred dollars on the basics, and I couldn't feel better about it. I have a bunch of other things I'm going to need in the near future and I'll definitely be back to Lowe's in Lumberton. Thank you, Glenn!!

Went to get keys made. One machine was out so there was a line at the only one working. Claims to make them in a minute, which is inaccurate. Took me 10 minutes to make 2 keys. Forgot about the kiosk asking for a donation for trees and if you want a digital copy

Picked up a few plants from the Garden Center. The stat was friendly and helpful! The plant clearance wasn't the best I've seen however, I was able pick a good plants at a great price .
