This store is a mess, it’s near impossible to walk down an isle without have to move something out of the way. Additionally, the check out was a nightmare, only half the check out lines were open and there was a line with 15 people, customer service was made aware and they just sent people to watch.

Bought a washer here. Got it delivered on a Friday. Monday morning I went to use it for the first time and noticed a 2 inch gauge in the porcelain tub. The enamel was scraped off so I called about returning it for a new one and they said that it had to be reported within 48 hours. Now my only option is for a repairman from the manufacturer to come and fix it. Fix a brand new washer?!?!? Never used yet?!?!? This is unacceptable. Lowe’s acted as if it wasn’t their problem anymore. They weren’t nice. You can clearly see that the box had been open when dropped off at the store for delivery. So I guess Lowe’s can deliver damaged items and take no responsibility for it. The manufacturer rep said that if Lowe’s contacted them, they could authorize a return but Lowe’s insisted that it wasn’t true. This was my first time shopping with Lowe’s. I will definitely be sticking with Home Depot from now on.

Friendly staff and my go to hardware store. I wish they had more register lines open instead of self check but that is just about everywhere. I support jobs and not computers.

Everyone here was very helpful, I went while getting my phone repaired across the street. Found everything without feeling like I should have known where to find it! Great staff!

Kyle in Appliances is very rude. Me and my husband was trying to ask him for help to buy a stove he was trying to blow us off. Like he didn't feel like being bothered. Lowes in Lumberton New Jersey.

We stopped in for interior paint. There were three associates behind the counter assisting customers. Owen was quick to see us, offered immediate assistance for mixing our color, and completed our order very fast.
He was very friendly and helpful. We used self check-out, and the associate monitoring the area helped us as well. Great experience. Thank you.
