My family and I were in the drive through this weekend and I hit the call button and asked for a deposit slip. I sent them container I saw the worker(older lady with glasses was there then she walked away) after ten minutes I hit the button again and asked about the deposit slip again. Her response was if I never asked for it the first time. Everytime I go to drive through it is like this which is one of the reasons why I stopped banking with them previously.

Not very happy with my recent experience with Lisa. We were in the middle of a discussion about an error on their part and we got disconnected. Instead of calling me back, she just debited my account before we resolved it together.

I had a great experience opening my bank account with Dominique. She was very help, friendly, quick and very personable. She went through all the policies and features for the account with ease. I would definitely recommend going to this branch and talk to Dominique.

Bad customer service. They make you sit in line and wait. Want you to use the machine to make deposits. Which I don’t feel comfortable doing. I’d rather give it to the teller and get my receipt.

Poor customer service. Nice enough, but they screw up deposits and I have to correct them. Never have enough tellers.

Staff is totally inept. Do not use this location. Tried to cash a $200 check against my account which had over $200 in it which I could have done at the ATM only it would not read the check. Went inside and employ did not know how to make that happen! On my way now to another bank to where the check is drawn on to cash the check and also take our business elsewhere.

I’ve had PNC for years now, and I love it. I opened a credit card with them. Never had a problem with anyone or anything here. Only thing I don’t like is the app, but that’s not on this branch. Very polite tellers & even the ones that open accounts and stuff. LOCE you guys

I now remember why i closed my account with these people. I was belittled and made to feel stupid after I left here this afternoon. I had come here a week prior to cash a check and it was done easily and with so much time for me to spare by this wonderful young woman but i come in today to get told it never happened and that suddenly they cant cash my check or even open a new account they said.I closed mine for a reason and i hope everyone with PNC closes theirs aswell. God awful customer service.

Worst customer service, especially branch manager Diana. If you frequently bank with large transactions like I do, this is NOT the bank for you unless you fit the profile of someone they think should look like with a lot of money. You'll be made to feel like you're doing something wrong simply for going about your usual establishsd banking activity. Never experienced anything like it. The level of prejudice exhibited by the employees here is ASTOUNDING!
